- games ! video games like minecraft where you can build , sims , tomodachi , etc . if you are looking for free content , genshin impact , sims , roblox , etc . create your dr homes , visualize how it would feel to be there in the flesh .
- writing ! post on tumblr , post on tiktok , hell , even write fanfics about yourself on wattpad . who gives a shit , at least it isnt killing anyone . just pour your heart out in your writing , immerse yourself in it .

&& a note . . . instead of ai , channel people from your drs . itβs better because itβs actually the real person and not some artificial intelligence who is the generalized and basic version . just saying .

- law of assumption ! learn more about loa & how it is so helpful when it comes to manifesting your dream life and even helps with shifting .
- pinterest ! make different boards to help visualize . make a moodboard for your dream life , a desired wardrobe , wishlist , dream body , the list goes on .
- guidance ! you really donβt need a lot for manifesting if you say you donβt . robotic affirmations , sure . affirming once , sure . anything . you just have to learn , and if you need help learning there are many resources on tumblr ( shiftblr & loablr ) , tiktok , and even pinterest . if you donβt want to pay for lessons , iβm sure a good handful of creators will answer questions through comment sections on tiktok or inboxes of tumblr ( mine are always open ! )
- journaling ! journal your thoughts and ideas instead of telling some app on what to do next . iβve seen many apps that utilize ai for manifesting ( marketed through tiktok ) and you do not need them . trust me .
i know this is going to fly over many peopleβs heads but seriously , manifesting and shifting are two things even ai canβt open your eyes for all this , you need to do on your own . so instead of asking some bot to help you , letβs go back to how we did it before ai existed ! letβs do it the normal and safe way . and the debate of β if i am the creator of my reality , i can use ai and get whatever i want because i can manifest it wonβt affect the environment β ( trust me iβve seen someone along the lines of this ) . . . if you are the creator of the reality then why do you even need ai in the first place ? just let the bot rest guys . also !! all this energy and time that goes into using ai , could be fueled into shifting or manifesting .

moving on , in my personal beliefs , once i die in one reality , i will just basically shift to another . so , yes , in the case of reincarnating as your dr self , i believe it is entirely possible ! but anything is possible anyways when it comes to shifting .

πhat does connecting with your dr even mean? well, connecting with one of your drs can mean different things for everybody! in my opinion, it means getting closer to the alignment of the perspective of your cr mind and your dr mind. when we shift, we alter our perception on the world. by doing things in our cr brain get more closely align with our dr, we can get closer to that line that changes our perception, the line that makes us shift.

β in my script for my the last of us 2 dr, iβve written a journal entry for the first time i shifted! it was actually pretty cornyβ¦ but it was really fun for me to make and made be hone in on the little details, like what iβd be feeling as soon as i wake up. and im also a sucker for making random layouts and little doodles, sooo yeah!

β okayy this one might be a little self-centered and not niche at all but! i always make a hyper-specific playlist for any occasion, and so i thought: why not make one for another reality? a good get-ready playlist is an amazing way to show off the vibes for that day, so i would recommend playing it in your cr whilst you get ready, if youβre planning to shift later! anddd you can do it for different occasions, like a birthday or what songs you would cry to vs what songs would make you feel confident! are those different than this reality? what makes it different?
β this one is also talked about a lot, but it truly does wonders for me! especially for fame drs, interview questions make you stop and think about what your dr self would say in that exact moment, and why your mindset is placed there. for non fame-drs, the point can still stand! having the questions come from somebody you havenβt met before, or even a memory of meeting your s/o or someone important in your life, romantic or not.

β food!! lowkey embarrassing but i have sections in my scripts and pinterest boards for the food in my dr. itβs a big motivation factor for me πΥ άΈ.Λ¬.άΈΥπ¦―. making some of the food thatβs in your dr or even having small snacks that your dr self would eat and such. for example, i have a better cr where im a writer who lives above a cafe that i own (aka barista fic storyline with my s/o hehe), so i might take myself on a solo cafe date and order a coffee with a small pastry while working on my script!

a mini guide to lisey's girl , interrupted dr .
ββ this dr is only loosely based on the events of the film . i'd say that the plotline is more structured to the vague here-&-there plot points of the book ( yes , partially because lisa is my one & only & she cannot get involved with susanna whatsoever ) β meaning that the bulk of my life is just random shenanigans with the friend group ( me obviously, susanna, lisa, daisy, janet, & polly ) & orderlies .
ββ when i shift , the year is 1967 & i have already been at claymoore for four-ish years . i was admitted with a diagnosis of cyclothymia , or a minor version bpd , but really nothing was entirely wrong with me , as was everyone else . i also kind of confessed ( not gently ) to my highly religious parents that i liked girls & not boys , so they thought i was sick ( keep in mind this is the '6Os ) . this never really bothered me , though , because the ward was so much better than my home life & i never had to worry about fitting in !
ββ lisa & i room with each other & have been from the beginning , which also helps bring us closer together in the long run . she doesn't sleep much & likes to make cocoa for the night staff , so sometimes when i can't sleep or need to be near her , i help her out with mixing cocoa in the dark kitchen . lisa also has a key to a door in the back of the art room that she snagged from the nurse's station years ago that leads down to the tunnels underneath the hospital , & that's where we all go routinely to play bowling in the late hours of the night & snoop through our therapy & diagnosis notes .
ββ the hospital is split up into two boys' wards & two girls' wards . the ward that we stay in is named south belknap two , & it's the lower security ward .
ββ daisy & lisa still don't get along too splendidly , but not to the extent it goes to in the film . this is partially because daisy is one of my closest friends & lisa , although having a diagnosis known for patients who are self-centered , has a soft spot for me & hates doing things that i don't approve of . therefore, they do their best to make peace with one another .
ββ the friend group enjoys pulling pranks on the nurses from time to time , just to keep things interesting . as noted in the book , one time lisa & i work together to cover the whole tv room in toilet paper overnight . another time, we all unscrew the lightbulbs from every light source we can find and shove them into one of the phone booths . the orderlies usually hate us .
ββ we all share a communal bathroom , but i made sure to script that it always stays clean . it has dark green tiles across the walls , four stalls with toilets lined up along one wall & four matching sinks with mirrors opposite from the stalls , like a school bathroom . the bathing room is separate & right next to the bathroom .
ββ i also made sure to script that all the meals actually taste good . the cafeteria is a separate building from the rest of our ward & everyone in the hospital goes to eat breakfast , lunch , & dinner there . technically , in the book , lisa is only restricted to the ward because she sneaks out so often , but i scripted that the whole group has permissions to the cafeteria at least .
ββ around every month or so , the nurses take us all out of the hospital to somewhere just to get out . sometimes it's the ice cream shop, sometimes we get to go clothes shopping ( my favorite ) , other times it's just a stroll through the nearby park . no matter where we are , though , we always find a way to wreak havoc & annoy the nurses ( it's our job ! ) .
ββ a year or two after i've shifted , i get permission to be released from the ward . i kind of wait around & stall until the rest of the group is able to leave as well because i can't just leave all my best friends behind . it's a very bittersweet moment for me because it means goodbye to the safety nest & the memories we all made together , but at the same time , we all have the freedom of our own lives now . i say my goodbyes to everyone except lisa .
ββ my aunt cheryl jones , cousin mandy & uncle richard are my only family still on speaking terms with me post-ward & lisa's brother , jonah , is the only one still in relations to her . my aunt cheryl leaves me some money to use just to start my life outside of the ward & lisa & i use it to take a train out to some small town in rural pennsylvania . there , we buy out a small little ranch , & live out the rest of our lives .
