Peter: it's his therapy cat, why?

Thor, confused: why does he require an animal to get therapy?

Peter, laughing: No- no- no, it helps his recovery, she's his emotional support cat, she's there for comfort and to help him-

Thor, cutting him off: interesting, many thanks.

That evening, Thor makes his way through the tower holding a small kitten.

Thor knock on Lokis door: brother, open the door.

Loki, from inside his room: why must I do that?

Thor: I have a gift for you.

Loki, suspicious: why?

Thor: man of spiders informed me of healing animals.

Loki opens the door, Thor stands there with a black kitten and hands it over to them.

Thor: you have seen many horrors, this creature will help you recover.

Loki, now holding the cat: How will thsi help- I don't need this Thor, take it back.

Thor: I cannot, you need it and I was told they help. Farewell brother.

Thor leaves, Loki sits on thier bed holding the small cat who looks up at them.

The serum amplifies everything that is inside, so good becomes great; bad becomes worse. This is why you were chosen. Because a strong man who has known power all his life may lose respect for that power, but a weak man knows the value of strength, and knows compassion. Whatever happens tomorrow, you must promise me one thing. That you will stay who you are, not a perfect soldier, but a good man.

The insistent knocking on your door had you scrambling out of the shower and attempting to pull your clothes on over damp skin. Your tank clings to you and your shorts are riding up when you finally open the door to find Steve standing on your doorstep. 

“What’s wrong?” you ask breathlessly. 

“The… I, uh…” Steve’s eyes are glued to your chest and when you realize why you quickly cross your arms. 

“Steve!” 

“I’m sorry! I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to, uh-”

“Stare at my chest like a school boy who’s never seen tits?” You purposefully use the vulgar language to get a rise out of Steve. The punk’s eyes always seemed to follow you wherever you went but rarely actually met your eyes for more than a few seconds. 

Now, however, he was giving you his stern Cap look. Suddenly, he stepped forward pushing you back into your room. He slams your door closed with his foot once he’s through it and smirks. “Just never seen any as perfect as yours but I’ll need the full view to be sure.” Steve says as he fists the hem of your tank.
