It's obvious they don't like her and associate Lily with Miss Gracie to the point of crying or screaming at the sight of her.

Maybe there were toys that thought it unfair that one of their abusers ended up getting a cozy place to live with her needs being met due to part of their rations being provided to Lily. Can that truly be called a punishment in those conditions? Specially when the food wasn't infinite? Why waste it on someone who everyone wanted to suffer a horrid for her crimes?

They could understand Prototype working with The Doctor out of neccessity and it's obvious 1006 didn't like it at all ñ. At the very least he couldn't hurt them like before. But Gracie? From their POV, Gracie was essentially getting deluxe treatment as a new person who couldn't even be aware enough to know why she was being punished in the first place.

And then there could be more sympathetic toys. They didn't need to like or want to be friends with a doll who poured out of her mouth the same brainwashing propaganda of Gracie Green to understand that Prototype was essentially torturing an innocent little girl for having no recollection of her wrongdoings as Gracie.

And if he was willing to do this by using the exact methods as Playtime Co, then, was their savior truly that different from their abusers?

Maybe Poppy might have found sympathy for the other doll because they aren't that much different from eachother. Both had parents ripped away from them (potentially by the same person) and some people hated them for their resentment towards Elliot and Gracie.

If the rebellion was planning on taking the Prototype down, what would have happened to Lily?

Would they have torn her apart? Would they have spared her? Would they welcome this girl whose voice was Miss Gracie's?

Both of his parental figures werent kind to him; Joey rejected him for something he couldnt control and Henry is scared of him, forced to run away from him for his survival while being the cause for his pain at the end of every cycle with the reel of the End.

He cant truly connect with the other ink creations; the charcaters that should have been his friends fear him or despise him. Literally Alice has Henry break his cutouts just to spite him.

Sammy among his other believers see him as a God rather than a person, further alienating him.

And he was kept in the cycle for a decade. Henry wasnt the only one suffering by Joey´s hand. Everyone does but Bendy was forced to play the role of the villain by Joey. Day after day. Enough to gain a conscience of the events surrounding him at one point but not bing able to break out of it.

Wilson appears and instead of granting peace to Joey's victims, he becomes the new ruler of this place and Bendy suffers for being placed in a role he never asked to be in. Due to being the one in charge, Bendy is subjected to Wilson's cruelty by his Keepers with physical tortures until he was reduced to this weak version of him. They enjoyed Bendy's pain.

The factory got corrupted by the people that saw the children as exploitable assets and post Hour of Joy it got turned into a corpse of it's former self.

The orphanage, Playcare, once full of happy children with promising futures was emptied just to be ruled by a predator who harshly punished heretics in the name of his saviour. The place is littered with toy corpses and scratch marks.

The room dedicated for Poppy with elements from their old house was later turned into her own personal hell when she was imprisoned by their current dictator and left to rot until she learned her lesson.

And finally, her body is the body of a doll Elliot made inspired in her as a sign of love for his daughter. It gets shattered by the one person who was supposed to love and look after her after Elliot, her brother.

And in the end she was willing to blow it all up for the greater good. This wasn't just for killing their current abuser and atonement for Poppy's sins but also as a way to either salvage her father's legacy without anyone ever knowing what horrors truly took place down there.
