i wanted to write you this because i’ve been thinking a lot lately about how lucky i am to know you. you truly are my best friend, and one of the most amazing, smart, kind, funny, interesting, creative, patient, loving people i know. you are such an incredible person, you helped me grow into a better version of me and got me out of a dark place. you have done so much to me by being by my side and i hope you know you will always and forever be my best friend. one of my favorite memories will always be meeting you for the first time, giving you a hug and being able to chat with you in person and spend time with you. i hope we have many more visits and spend much more time with each other, because i want to be your best friend for the rest of my life.

you are truly my platonic soulmate, and the one person who has seen me at my worst and stuck around. you were there when i was at my lowest and still loved me and stuck around for me. you are so patient with me and my issues and never get angry with me when i am struggling. you let me ramble about my silly interests and you don’t mind me being clingy. you are the best friend i could ever ask for.

i don’t mean this in a scary way, but you changed my entire life. i was so terrified of losing you when we first became friends because of Reasons and i expected to not have you by my side for long, but i so desperately wanted you to stick around because i very quickly grew to love being friends with you and hanging around you. we literally messaged for like hundreds of days in a row when we first started actually talking. i’ll treasure every memory, every show we watched together, all the headcanons we made, and every conversation we have had for the rest of my life.
