You need to have a love affair with them, one that turns you completely inside out, even ruins you. Maybe so you can finally be free of all the nonsensical things you listed. All faiths come from the same intuition, there is no such thing as different faiths. Geography can be worked out. Family is family because you can go back even when you mess up. Honestly? Who and what are you devoted to? In some sense you are making the choice to break your own heart. That doesn’t mean it heals or isn’t still broken. But empower yourself by seeing where and how you are choosing to not be with them.
