What's the word that means like When you do something the same way every time always good and excellent and people say wow you're really ... Or like if you're always a shitty person then at least you're... like, reliably shitty? competent? adherent? Consequential?? Someone help me??

Life teaches

It's okay to say no, and it's okay to let possibilities go.

Get two crackers - plain, unsalted. Like water crackers. Get ice cream. Or gelato. Put a scoop of your chosen icy treat between the crackers. Eat. Heaven.

It's sooo tempting to scratch/pop your pimples. Just don't do it, please.

The beginning of the end is still a beginning.

If I get my shit done for the day, I can go out and treat myself. If I don't get my shit done, I can go out but knowing that I'll feel a gnawing guilt the entire time.

If you can't study, change up your environment. Surround yourself with people who have the same goals as you. Going to the library does wonders.
