in many ways, I'm very proud of myself for never succumbing to the psychologically damaging oldest sibling designated responsibilities because it is a dehumanizing role forcefully entrusted onto you. especially if you're a girl. the sister and daughter is both a scapegoat and downtrodden maid. and i simply refused to be one of my birth house.
