and if you stretch it further, there's a Huge amount of people in anti-transmasculinity spaces that very much so insist that trans masc spaces are full of fakers who are only pretending to be trans for internet points and never Really suffer. and even further that trans men in general aren't REALLY oppressed the same way other trans people are.

the core of the idea is "these people are lying about the pain they experience, and it's our job to out them as fakers so they don't get support they don't deserve"
