the cis man "inexplicably drawn to lesbian spaces" and therefore seen as a potential trans lesbian is seen as having more of a place amongst lesbians than anyone who was once a lesbian but became a man. through beginning to identify as a lesbian you have more right over it than someone who was one regardless of how long they may have been one. why is that?

they close their eyes to straight trans women in gay male spaces, trans women who frequently use apps like Grindr, etc. because they know it's the same thing the other way around. those who were homosexual or adjacent pre-transition stay around where they were welcome because most people don't abandon entire life's worth of sexuality, identity and community through a change of gender alone.

it reminds me of dedicated "truscun"/"trutrans" rhetoric back when that was a thing lol, you're not dedicated enough to being a man or woman if you're not fully shedding every part of your previous self. which is also part of why they really want to insist that it's those heckin "TMEs" that are public enemy number one isolating them from friend groups, getting them literally murdered via blog deletion etc.. they are so dedicated to the idea of now being at the bottom of society's totem pole that they really believe one just transitions into a position of power and oppression because they believe they've transitioned out of it.

see how plaidos is so mad about the idea of having to "earn" her womanhood compared to a trans man who she describes as being porn with a "silver spoon up his pussy" (how cartoonishly misogynistic of you)? see how the whole argument boils down to "well cis lesbians might be okay with it, but transbians don't (I am uncomfortable when we are not about me)!" these aren't things someone comfortable in her identity as a trans lesbian would see as a threat! the presence of the trans man in lesbian spaces is something they see as a direct threat to themselves and their senses of belonging. they see anyone born with a vagina who identifies out of womanhood but remains connected to lesbians regardless as Entitled Bitches who were Born With Privilege that are encroaching on their territory. you hear that? you got everything given to you on a silver platter because you were born with a vagina, right?

they're literally writing their disdain for you and anyone like you out in plain English. when are you all going to start seeing it for what it is?

If any of these liberals had bothered to read, they would know that there exists many many communities indigenous to Africa whose languages don't have gendered pronouns, where clothing rules are different. Where men and women dressed the same, where the rules of nudity are different. Where men are effeminate. And in most, if not all of these communities, misogyny will still be rampant.

Perhaps it’s not obvious to most lesbians yet (I usually am several years ahead of the curveball💅) but fucking around and finding out is a great hobby of mine and boy has it yielded a bountiful harvest this time around. I have tried over and over again to engage with straight feminists in the ever optimistic hope that maybe they’re just ignorant. I think the parallels between political ‘lesbianism’ and TRAism are fairly obvious. To me it seems homophobic to deny the science behind homosexuality and kinda misogynist to presume any born this way lesbian is just lying about her sexuality. Promoting the caricature of homosexuality as a ‘privileged lifestyle choice indulged by westerners’ that gets lesbians imprisoned and killed around the globe does not seem politically expedient in my opinion. All this seems super simple stuff to me, but hey most people are morons, whatever, a simple heads up should suffice. Right?

Wrong. Any discussion I have tried to have, no matter how polite, well-referenced, simplistic, etc, it has always ended in abuse, bullying, “ur stupid”, “ur lying”, “buy my book”, then I’m blocked. This isn’t internet trolls (they’re worse) this is big names in the sex-based ‘lesbian’ rights world who respond like this. These are people who you presume would be able to defend their position and would even be eager to, but they can’t defend their ideology and they don’t like attention being drawn to that. They certainly have no intention of doing better in regards to lesbians. And if you fuck around even further you find out this is the status quo in just about every single sex-based ‘lesbian’ corporation, group, space, etc. Name one, it’s lesphobic, they support the erasure of female homosexuality and I have receipts. FiLiA, Spinifex Press, AF4WR, WoLF, The Lesbian Project, Radfem Kollectiv Berlin, WDI, WDI Lesbian Caucus, WLRN, Wild Womyn Workshop, Get The L Out, hell even LGB Alliance (the UK chapter anyway, the other ones seem normal about homosexuality at least). I can count on one hand the amount of genuine lesbian groups I’ve encountered, none of them are anywhere near as large, famous and/or well-funded as the above sexual orientation deniers. This is essentially just the same ol top down, forced teaming, profiteering grift as TRAism; just sub sexual orientation for sex.
