does anyone have advice on running an instagram page? that's one of the bonus things i could be doing at work that i avoid because i've tried previously and just put off posting for so long that it was embarrassing. we had a 6 week event series and i posted twice in the first week and never again .... please how do i get good at instagram???

sometimes i really do wonder if i could get away with just not coming into the office. Like how long would it take before anyone noticed? but i can't actually test that because this isn't middle school and i don't want to get a reputation. i work mostly alone, my direct supervisor works from home soooo much and will be travelling for work almost all of july so it's like truly... who the fuck cares... i almost wish she hadn't found this office for me because then I could have been like hey girl i can solve your problem by working from home and just coming in for events for 1 hour a day 3 days a week.

I thought my family dynamic was healthy but it turns out no, no we are just like everyone else and can’t have conflict. Let’s just Not Talk About It through extreme avoidance and passive aggression and ignoring it and hoping it will go away. I’m sure that will work. Can someone else besides me in my family PLEASE go to therapy omfg!!!! What the fuck are we DOING HERE!!!! Yes I’m the weird one for calling people out on the dumb shit they say and insisting we need to talk after there’s been some hurt, yes even after an apology…. Yeah you’re right I’m crazy for wanting to face things head on and work through them together with the trust we love each other enough to find our way through conflict together.
