📸: Love Locks 🔒 💜 🔒...I saw this heart of locks in between the Tenderloin and Castro. I tried to find out who the street artist behind this is and why he/she created it and, I had no luck online. But, I thought it was beautiful and makes me think of the “padlock of love” in Pairs & in Seoul.
