Jonathan Crane is the kind of person would collect vintage Halloween displays, but only the scary looking ones. He has a whole room dedicated to Halloween decorations and memorabilia. Whenever he goes to a thrift store he always looks for more Halloween merch to add to his collection.
And every fall he goes to Target and Walmart and buys the spookiest skeletons and light up jack-o-lanterns to put out in his yard. I like to think that one day he retires and instead of being known as the Master of Fear, he’s known around Gotham as the Master of Halloween, his displays are always bigger and grander than previous years, and not to mention scarier! ‘
He even holds an annual haunted house where he hires former students to be the scare actors. It’s hailed as one of Gotham’s most terrifying holiday attractions.
