“Whoa…” He was right!? “I’ve never met a ninja before— an’ ya protect royalty, too? That’s awesome!” There’s a word fer that, right? … Retainer, or somethin’? “Sounds like a tough job, though. I hope yer prince appreciates all the hard work ya do for ‘im.” He feels a bit self conscious of his accent now - the other having affiliation with royalty, and all - but there’s nothing he can do now; it’d be weirder if he switched to Northern Galarian.

Oh, good. It sounds like she’s not new. That’s a relief; Hop’s not sure how many times he’s explained Spirale to a newcomer, but he’s already tired of it.

Hop beams. “Hoshido, huh? ‘M from Galar!” A pause. “… Wait. Hoshido?” That sounds… familiar, actually. Incredibly familiar. Wait a second— “HUH!?” He rears back, eyes wide in shock. “That’s where Takumi’s from! He’s not that prince ye said ya protect, is he!?” Have they met, yet? Takumi didn’t mention meeting any ninja… but then again, it’s not like it’s any of Hop’s business.

“‘M Takumi’s friend, Hop.” He says, clasping his hands together, “Promise I’ve taken real good care of ‘im! He’s one hundred percent unharmed, so don’tcha worry!”

“It is a tough job as a retainer. You have to be in his or her side to prevent something bad to them.” By something bad, assassinations and many more do happen sometimes in Hoshido since their opposing enemy is Nohr. Sure, it’s awesome but stressful at the same time but yeah. Kagero may never knew about Galar but definitely, that’s Hop’s world continent or country. 

“Prince Ryoma has my service to protect him. He is Takumi’s older brother. Therefore, i do not mind serving the other brother as his retainer if he doesn't mind.” Normally, Takumi has Oboro and Hinata but they aren’t here as same goes to Kagero that Ryoma and Saizo aren’t here as well. He seemed to be in friendly terms with the second prince which she’s at ease.

“I’m Kagero. Glad to hear that Prince Takumi is safe and having a friend like you. Please, keep up the good work.” Even if it’s not a work, maintaining friendly relations is fine as well. A friendly talk may not hurt.

Eris Kihara do want anarchy

Eris don’t function in a normal society well. To Eris, society often filled with hypocrite on the top and many people who deem unfit by society should just…..disappear by society standard. People who disrupt it’s peace is so often treated as evil. In another life, Eris perhaps be one of those people Kagero put down in the name of their lord.

Eris wouldn’t claim she good. But she not lying about hating the Stars. She do not like the fact there are god like being who defy all logic able to trap them all in this hole. Eris don’t like being caged.

“Then i wouldn’t call you a friend. But at the very least call you someone who very like minded. If Spirale actually one day consider little old me a big enough of a threat. Consider  My lips are sealed.”

A simple hey i wouldn’t snitch as Eris seem to remeber something pretty bloody basic she forgot to ask.

“What you going by? I know your this super secretive ninja but i need something to call you then Cosplayer.”

“That is fair.” Friends seemed out of it, knowing her rebellious mindset but this is understandable. Through other terms maybe as long as they aren’t killing each other. Kagero cared less on Spirale as only the Hoshidan nobles are only a matter to her. Her actions do reminds her of Peri, minus the anarchic.

“… Kagero?” This wasn’t the first time he’d seen a familiar face from home, but he’s still surprised to see Kagero nonetheless. Even if it’s happened before, someone showing up from home isn’t exactly often. At least time it’s a fellow Hoshidan, not a Nohrian, and a retainer of Ryouma, at that… Could that mean?

Nope, she clearly asks if there’s anyone around other than she and himself. That must mean… Ryouma still isn’t here. There’s a pang of sadness. Much as Takumi kind of likes not being in the shadows of him here, he still loves and respects his brother to bits and pieces, and misses him dearly. 

“I… Uh… No. It’s just us,” he answers her, “Sakura and Kamui were here at one point! But they both just kind of… Disappeared, so I guess they got out.” Disappointing he couldn’t go with them, but there is at at least one person left here that he isn’t quite ready to say goodbye to. So, it’s not a big loss… Especially since there’s someone familiar here, now. “Did you just arrive here? I gotta say, it’s good to see a fellow Hoshidan around!” 

She only nods as she hears her name from him. This wasn’t her first arrival but a returnee of Spirale due to her being stuck in the unknown but this time, it is refreshing to see a Hoshidan indeed, like Takumi does. In fact, she had her share with other Hoshidans since her previous stay before her disappearance. Best to keep that to herself for now.

“I see. Princess Sakura and Kamui were disappeared.” If only she returned bit earlier since they were here, it would have been better for a small reunion for the family. So this means they’re at Hoshido again? That is something Kagero could never understand but best not to let doubt take her over. This time, she will stay longer.

“I actually have stayed here for a long time. Maybe three years. But yes, it is a relief to see a fellow Hoshidan.” She’s not lying. Kagero had times that were good and bad before she disappeared in a whim for too long. Even if she sees Fujin Yumi with him, it’s still dangerous since he is an archer. Therefore she asks if he needs her service. “Say, Prince Takumi. do you need a retainer ninja in your servitude?”

Oh so a legit ninja. Not the world biggest shocker as Eris took note of the neutral tone.

Maybe she should fake a “order” from these Royal family. See just how far the woman willing to go if it’s order from her royal masters. Still this isn’t a situation for fighting right now so……Eris gonna chill out.

“We’re imprison here by star theme unknown super beings that make us go though this weird event one after another and bar us from visiting home for their amusement no? I’m starting a gang with two goals in mind.”

“I’m gonna forcully take control of the city from these assholes and let the happening of this city decide by us then a bunch of rarely seen assholes. A new world where people can leave when they want. CHOOSE the event they wanna experience instead of just abiding the will of some unknown being. I’m not talking about NULL goal of just the destruction of this city and sending us home. I want those who wanna stay here able to decide their own fate.”

It is the Galaxy Breaker goal. To break this little galaxy and gather big enough of a force to FORCE these so call admin to confront them. Eris fully intend to SLAY these admins and well…..let chaos run free. She fucking hates knowing her fate being messed around by unseen forces after all. Her goal is to kill a god then let those fight with her take a slice of this world.

“Sound a lot like the words of a mad woman don’t it? But you gotta admit some part of you do NOT enjoy being toyed around by these people who not even your lords sticking you with a joke weapons and enjoying you squirm no? You might say “i wouldn’t join you” but you can’t deny the human desire to rebel againts unreasonable rules.”

To dethrone their captives. That merely sounded like a risk-take goal for Eris. Was she planning to get people to rally in to cause anarchy? It sounds evil but true as everyone else doesn’t like their captors for rendering them weak, stripping their valuables and what not. Forcefully claiming Spirale into her own hands is a brave feat.

“It’s true that i do not like what they’re doing to everyone here including myself. In fact, i find it annoying.” There is no lie here. Kagero just doesn’t like how the captors rigging their abilities, weapons whenever a new arrival appears. Not only her doing the dethronement of those so-called ‘captors’, there were others too that were mostly careful. In fact, there’s even a network of intel about information. “There could be others doing the same thing as you do, they were just lying low so they won’t be noticed by ‘those people’.” It was confirmed on her private times, talking to a black-haired woman with a fierce look on her eyes.

She was actually mind her own business for once.

Eris putting up poster that say DOWN WITH THE STARS and BREAK THIS FALSE STAR as she by chance seem to have corner this…..lady unknowingly. She didn’t even mean to. She was just putting up poster and next thing she knows the woman wanna kick her ass.

Hey Eris don’t have a evil plan brewing 24/7. Some of this shit happen by chance.

“Would you believe me if i told you i actually bump into you by chance and not trying to start something with you….Mrs.Cosplayer?”

The way she holding her …..what? Fidget spinner? Is that suppose to be scary? Still the stance at least tell Eris she trained. Abiet wielding a joke weapon as Eris take out her wooden spear and place another poster high up.

JOIN THE GALAXY BREAKERS.

“I mean if you ARE offering your service i’m more then willing to pay. Of course it be information gathering. Local gangs, unsavory baddies, crime bosses that kind of stuff. We’re not close enough i hire you to go say assassinate a person or anything. I wanna see if your any good you know? I mean if your not interst then maybe I can do something for you instead? I have people i pay money for to gather information for me. Maybe you can even find a friend or two easier this way.”

Putting up the last of her poster.  Eris admire her handy work before streching her hand out to the unknown woman.

“My name Eris. As you can see i’m just a ordinary girl with a pointy stick. Tell me are you afraid of just some amtuer with a pointy wooden stick?”

All what this girl said, she barely doesn’t understand but the point of it is must be recruitment. Kagero was ONLY cautious to her surroundings and it ended up into this. Oh, the unexpected things going on in Spirale which is the reason why she was gone for too long. Cosplayer? Well, that’s what everyone always says. 

Next, people will say that she’s a hobo because she wears Hoshidan ninja garb.

“I’m sorry but i am not offering my servitude to anyone else than the Hoshidan Royal Family.” Honest words coming in a neutral tone. She did serve Mikoto and Ryoma, after all. “Take your challenge to someone else.” She’s not interested on fighting as it wasn’t worth it. Unless Takumi or any Hoshidan sibling ordered it.

Kagero seemed to be a bit too much cautious as she was just wandering around Cotes. Her senses were highly alerted ever since her previous stay in Spirale years ago that her fidget spinners are ready to be thrown, regardless of its cumbersome weight and its blunt-traumatic power.

“O-Oh! Uhmm…” Oops! Hop rubs the back of his neck, embarrassed; looks like he was caught staring. “Sorry! S’just…” Oof, this is awkward. Well, honesty is the best policy, so…

Hop smiles bashfully. “Well, I was just thinkin’ yer outfit looks kinda like a ninja’s. It’s real cool.” He feels a bit silly, in all honesty; he’s been here for nearly a year, and the residents still grab his attention now and then. Hop eyes the fidget spinner with sudden interest. “Didn’t mean to bother ya or nothin’. Sometimes ‘m still surprised by unfamiliar stuff.”

He blinks, before crossing his arms. “N-Not that ‘m sheltered or anythin’! My world’s just… pretty normal compared to these other guys, I guess. Say, uh, where are you from?”

“I am a ninja of my world. My only duty is to protect the prince from harm’s way.” As he apologized after, she raises her hand in acceptance. 

Hoshido of her world do know their own handicraft for ninja outfits in terms of accessories and how it was made. Even until today like Hop, Kagero too not familiar on other things from other people and their home worlds. She appreciated his honesty and praise though.

“The feeling’s mutual. Even i’m surprised on new things here from others as well, until now.” For someone who stayed for around two years and disappeared in a year, it was no big deal. Everything that Spirale offers are unique but there is something that he wanted to know and that is where she’s from.
