Figured I should maybe make an introduction post? Idk if that's standard for tumblr, but meh
I'm a blogger, a writer, and generally like doing stuff with the internet. Tumblr is about the most hands-off internet thing I engage with nowadays, and it's perpetually on thin ice. My personal blog is made with Hugo, and I self-host most of my digital stuff in general due to an earned distrust in large software companies.
My primary OS for most of the last 15 years has been Linux. I've been through quite a lot of *buntu distros, and a few arch-based ones, along with staying on mainline Arch for about 2 years. Currently on Gentoo, and will probably stay there until Arch stops looking like it'll implement age verification. I've been using Emacs since August of 2023, and haven't looked back since.
Besides that I knit, crochet, do a bit of programming on the side, solve rubik's cubes, and... a lot more stuff.
I used to have a fediverse account on a Friendica instance, but that shit the bed. I'm on Sharkey now.
