To sum this up as much as I can—Roblox has been working with a company known as Persona Identities, Inc. that uses the faces of individuals to train their AI for “accuracy,” which can still be inaccurate (hence some of the people getting stuff like 13+ when they’re 21+), and there are also concerns of data leaks that may reveal people’s faces
What you can do is to Not Do The Verification At All until they sort this all out. If you already have done it—no worries! Just please encourage friends and family who haven’t—ESPECIALLY younger siblings. Hopefully Roblox will address this situation soon, so just sit tight.

In order for this policy to work it would need to collect information on a user they suspect of being a minor in order to verify if that user is a minor or not.
Therefore it is violating COPPA, the thing they violated in the past.

real, actual change is on the way in a country plagued by exploitation and poverty and corruption for DECADES because the population rallied together behind the sheer force of the young population and their anger - so much so that it’s being called the gen z revolution. THIS is how revolutions come about when every attempt to use peaceful means is met with bullets and suppression and social media bans in an effort to shut people up. and i think the west has a lot to learn about what true revolution and true progression is, because the way that our political discourse is so weak and watered down and pushed to be ‘friendly’ and ‘understanding’ is so pathetic at times. They keep on requesting me to draw or make a story or draw some doodles about Moonlight Cookie x Male! Prince! Reader for like 6 times.
They kept on letting me know about their request for like 6 times already after I finished on just for them.
I know I am suppose to have patience for them but they won't stop even considering that they want a cutscene of that said request and it is completely slowing me and my mental health down. But ever since I warned that person not to do it again because I was pissed, that person literally said that they should delete their account and all of a sudden another user named axel456 just suddenly letting me know that lusito is literally wanting to delete and go to the afterlife????
(Yes I tried talking to them but they are not responding, I don't even know what is happening and yet for some reason it has become my fault for the matter)
I am like so confused and concerned knowing that it is my fucking fault, and part of me is like I shouldn't because that request look like a high demand…
I completely explain in this blog that my request is pretty slow.
I know I had to complete other requests as well, but for some reason I manage to upset someone again just because I was trying to warn and politely tell them that I need them to be patient on me. It evenly happen for just a week a 6 time reminder of the same request.

Something different for my blog and apologies if this is not my place to speak, but it needs to get out there since this type of behavior should not be tolerated in this space, any space for that matter.
This is probably one of the most terrible ways to treat an artist who’s done nothing but fulfill your requests and you’re still not satisfied with that. They are not your slaves that you can just order around, they’re people too with their own sets of boundaries. They have the right to turn down your request if it’s outside of their ballpark or if it makes them uncomfortable, especially if it’s a request since they’re taking the time out of their day to give you something. Appreciate what you got and don’t try to take the whole mile when an artist gives you an inch. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for artists who take time out of their schedule to draw wonderful pieces of art and it annoys me to no end that certain people will treat artists like this.
It’s frankly ridiculous that this Lusito individual will threaten to take their own life over not receiving what they get, that they’ve been hassling eepy-cookies multiple times over. It’s a terrible thing to do to emotionally manipulate people into giving you what you want and a slap in the face to people who’ve actually experienced their own loved ones taking their lives. Lusito, please receive the proper help if this is how you respond to artists setting boundaries. Do better.
And Eepy? I agree with the sentiment that this is not your fault, don’t feel bad at someone’s attempt to manipulate you with threats like these to weigh you down, just because you wanted to decline their request. What they plan to do (or not do) is not your responsibility, it’s theirs. Please, take all the time you need and come back when you’re ready. Feel free to even block the Lusito AND Axel456 accounts, since it’s likely they’re the same person if the only activity recently from the Axel account was to tell you about Lusito. It will save you the trouble.
