Fuck. What have I doneâŚ? How could it possibly be a good idea to invite him over? What could come out of this? Ah, this isnât happening. And the doorbell rang.
âHi.â Rogue scratched his forehead and stood aside, letting Sting in.Â
âHello, how are you? Um, Iâve brought wine, if youâre interested.â He handed over the bottle.
âThanks. You can sit here until I take this to the kitchen.â When Rogue left, he glanced around the living room for a few seconds and took a seat on the couch. It was only a matter of time before Rogue came back with two glasses and the wine and sat on the couch in complete silence, almost shaking.
âWhat are you doing?â Sting was curious. It was the first time he ever saw Rogue faintly trembling and being so restrained, especially in his own house.
âWhat are you talking about? Iâm not doing anything.â He tried to save the situation, yet his efforts were in vain. He could feel Stingâs eyes piercing right through his nervousness.
âWell, youâve barely said anything since I came here. Iâm wondering if thatâs because of me.â Stingâs confidence made Rogue stop blinking. He smirked. This reaction was priceless. âIâm sorry. I didnât mean to say this so bluntly. But, really, can you relax a bit? Weâve met so many times. How is this one so different?â He touched his shoulder.
âYou canât see it, can you? Youâre used to this, but itâs an entirely new concept for me. Youâve done this a million times and itâs nothing special to you, but donât you understand how it feels like for me? I invited you here. I donât do that. I still canât understand why I did it and what Iâm supposed to do now. I just donât, okay?â He sighed.
âSo it wasnât my imagination after all. This isnât an ordinary invite for you, it is indeed something more.â He covered his face with his hands.
âIâm sorry if this inconveniences you, but yes. This is much more to me. I-â
âDonât say anything else. I know. And I like you too. Well, I mean, more than a friend.â He took a step closer to Rogue, who was left speechless after that.
âAre you kidding me?â This was the first thing that came out of Rogueâs mouth after the entire conversation. He couldnât believe this was real. He was convinced that it was some kind of a joke.
âWhy would I do that? Didnât you listen to what I just said? I like you. And itâs not normal to me either. Youâre a completely different person than any other Iâve ever met. Itâs a new beginning for me as well. Whatâs so hard to believe?â Sting frowned.
Rogue couldnât stop. He took one step forward and touched Stingâs cheek. Everything happened in a single moment. Their lips collided. Rogue held him tight, his palms on his face. They parted for a moment, eyes half-closed full of lust.
âHey, can I touch your butt? I mean, to be honest, Iâve been looking at it since the day I met you.â Sting asked.
âWhat the fuck? Oh come on, you just ruined the moment.â Rogue smirked.
âYeah, but I got you to laugh, relax and kiss me. Shouldnât I get a reward?â
âAh, okay. But Iâll get to touch yours too.â
âThatâs fine with me.â
