I think some elements of the autistic experience speak more to Vila:

People assuming you're unintelligent and incompetent

Trying to be friendly only for people to find you annoying

Joking, but others don't get it and sometimes get angry at you

Being a target for others because you know you won't fight back

Sensory overload being perceived as cowardice

Being confused by what's going on around you

Having your views dismissed

Reasons to watch Blake’s 7 #478: Servalan.  Supreme Commander Servalan to you.  Ostensibly the baddie, but far too cool for anything she’s actually doing.  Totally ready to do away with Blake and all his meddling kids at any time.  She has other things to do and she just wants him out of her damn life and out of the damn way.

But more than that, she is the living incarnation of being Done With Your Shit.  Look at her.  She’s done with your shit.

She’s done with her own shit (and LOOK at her office).  Here she is, planning to circumvent normal channels and bring in a known murderer to do her bidding for her.  Like you do.

She’s done with his shit (LOOK AT THAT DRESS).  Here she is on vacation – and though she’s having a chill time there will still be murder.  She’s kind of like a reverse-Jessica-Fletcher – instead of being perfectly innocent of all the dead bodies piling up around her, she’s perfectly guilty and she’ll make sure the pile is neat.

She’s done with this shit (and she will murder the fuck out of you if you make her deal with it).  She’s beauty, she’s grace, I believe she just literally shot someone in the face.

She’s done with that shit (she puts up with old white dudes in space-track-suits – you know she’s strong).  She rules with an iron fist.

AND SHE HAS A MINION NAMED SPACE COMMANDER TRAVIS. (Christ this show is British)

This is him.  She puts up with his shit, largely because he vaguely amuses her, I think.  He’s kind of a sociopath and she makes that work for her.
