Ice cream 🤩 #ilovefood Yes, I too follow #lowcarb diets and call out some food as cheat meal or hate myself for being tempted. But this year I’m trying to develop a healthy relationship with food and my body.. how by mindful eating. If I want to eat something, I indulge but mindfully enjoying every bite of it. If I want to follow a low carb diet, I enjoy it too. Not bcos I want to loose some weight, but I genuinely feel good doing it and I feel a difference. So I don’t want to call it cheat meal or label it by any negative word.
