sometimes im very active in the communities i joined like i post and react a lot and sometimes i just ignore every single post for a few weeks and i come back and theres like 500 posts made and it makes me overwhelmed and i avoid reacting even more until i think okay be strong and go into the community and im like bet so i start posting and then the cycle repeats itself
