If I understand correctly, you still can't get married to the same sex partner in Poland,but you can officially register your marriage from abroad; have to check on this 🤔

So, the current situation is: You cannot get married directly to a same-sex partner within Poland, as domestic law does not permit it. However, if you are legally married in another European Union country, Poland is now legally required to recognize your marriage and officially register it.
