That time I went to a bar already kinda having a rough night and everyone on the dance floor kept forming 4-5 person grind trains :( I didn’t think people still did that

u should reward urself for surviving shit. survived a panic attack? time to drink that tasty tea w/ honey in it. survived a flashback? time to put on your favourite outfit or watch ur fav show. survived that anxiety inducing social interaction? reward the shit out of urself. u literally get to do that. u can go thru a challenging experience, commend your tenacity, praise yourself, and drizzle these nice rewards on yourself. like u get to treat yourself, man.

the stingrays at the touch tank just now were acting pretty cautious around the people reaching in, getting really close but staying juuuust too far for anyone to touch, and this ten year old boy in a fnaf tshirt told me, exasperated, "the stingrays are ragebaiting us!!"
