They will do so with the handouts and knowledge given to them by the public school curriculum, or with strangers who find them on the internet. The idea of “my child would never disobey me so they don’t need sex ed” is pure authoritarian parent fantasy, complete with the subtext of “cervical cancer is a fitting punishment for disobedience”.
