1 Timothy 4:12 AMP
Let no one look down on [you because of] your youth, but be an example and set a pattern for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in [moral] purity.
Commentary
The Bible offers a completely different view of leadership. Instead of control or status, it frames leadership as serving others and building relationships. Scripture highlights a kind of leadership that quietly yet powerfully shapes the world through faith, love, and humility. It reflects Jesus’ example.
This isn’t just for the talented or outgoing. It’s open to anyone, including you. Your leadership may not happen on a big platform, but it still counts. Your influence might seem small, but it’s meaningful. You can lead in your family, job, or school.
Godly leaders make a difference by trusting God and working with what they have, not fixating on what they lack. They know that in Jesus’ hands, even the smallest resources can have limitless impact.
