This video shows how the Illinois Northern District Court creates illegal forms to trick non-attorneys into believing that an attorney filed an Appearance of Counsel (AOC) of behalf of bank, or other corporation.  An attorney MUST  file an AOC BEFORE they can file any documents in court.  If they do not the judge MUST Dismiss the case. This means millions of foreclosures, incarcerations were invalid.  Aka the Bank stole your home, illegal incarceration (slavery).  These documents are actual court documents.

THE 1965 VOTING RIGHTS ACT WAS NEVER OVERTURNED, BECAUSE SHELBY V. HOLDER WAS VOID FROM ITS INCEPTION.  THIS CAN BE FACTED CHECKED.

THIS CASE ALONG WITH CITIZENS UNITED IS A PRIME EXAMPLE WHY FEDERAL JUDGES SHOULD NOT BE APPOINTED TO OFFICE

Ini order to violate criminal and civil rights the court needs the help to the Court Clerks.  Maureen Higgins, the Deputy Clerk for the D.C. Court signed attorneys’ names such as #James Bopp #William Conovoy in her hand on various forms.  She filled out & signed service of process forms in Shelby v Holder, Citizens United v. the FEC, etc. making them VOID w/o legal effect.
