🚨 URGENT: Riverside Family Needs Help to Fight Wrongful Foreclosure 🚨

My name is Rachael Horowitz, and I am a bedridden quadriplegic living in Riverside. Following the passing of my grandfather and my aunt (our estate executor), our mortgage lender, Pennymac, hid a $198 monthly escrow hike by emailing my deceased aunt’s account instead of communicating with me.

Now, due to corporate red tape and communication errors out of our control, they are demanding $65,000 in back escrow and have scheduled an auction date to foreclose on our family home.

As part of the Kittrissance, I rewatched Kit's movie and firstly, Stanley Tucci. That's it, just the amazingness that is Stanley Tucci. Also, I love the collection movie tie ins. It's like watching toys come to life without using my imagination.

Second, I watched the hobo storyline with new eyes. It was interesting how the hobos are the scapegoats for the ills of society, especially by those who consider themselves the "good people". In the case of the movie, the hobos are deliberately set up to take the fall for the crime ring. It felt like it was a story for our time even if it was filmed fifteen years ago though I guess it was REALLY a story for that time considering the housing bubble burst.

Hi guys. My family has fallen behind on paying our property taxes so a bid has been placed on our house. We have until the end of this month to pay over 6k in fees or else our house will be purchased by the bank. My family and I have no where else to go. Also my brother moved back home with his son and school will be starting soon for him. I don’t know how we will explain to him after coming back here that we no longer have a place to stay.

I lost 1/10 of a pound!  

I at fajitas with chicken, green peppers, onions and shrimp and it was amazing.  I didn’t use any tortillas and just at it as is.  However, I did cheat a little bit and had like 10 sips of a raspberry margarita that my husband and I were sharing.  Worth it.  But I think the most amazing part of it all was that I didn’t eat chips and salsa that those restaurants put out.  NOT. A. SINGLE. CHIP. 

So for the most part I was expecting to put on weight.  The very fact that I lost anything at all is a total win for me.  I know tomorrow will look a lot better.

My day today was filled of Showing houses for four hours, (because I’m a Realtor), and then making an offer on a Foreclosed property for the same people I just looked at.  10 documents and three hours later I didn’t eat and finally had it submitted on time.  Neat.

I’ve been a real estate agent for almost five years now in Michigan.  I don’t make a million dollars every year, just do it part time and help make some extra cash and keep my mom-brain sane by having valid excuses to get out of the house.

Plus my 3 year-old makes the best assistant.  If I bring her to an open house or a tour she will show my clients where each room is.  “This is the bathroom... this is a kitchen...” Priceless.

I'm so happy to have the opportunity to sleep in my own amazing bed. & get high in my own damn space!!
