Tbh, I’m just learning how to use different shaders in reshade, ReLight and SRWE, but I decided to put it all together in this compilation just cause. A HUGE thank you to @simfreud who have gone out of their way to give a bunch of editing tips 🫶! (I’m still working on the skill, but I’m doing something!😆)

Opening every cabinet, dusting here and there, shuffling through various boxes and moving the furniture- at the end I was pretty exhausted but nonetheless inspired lol! 🧹

I looovee multi-functional lots and have wanted to make one for San Myshuno for the longest time! And I thought someone else might find it useful as well. 🐌

This one here is an arts warehouse (with a creative space), an old dingy laundromat, a rooftop area for band practice and an apartment building. You can utilize it however you wish! I've shared it as a generic lot, but feel free to change that. You could potentially turn it into a small business or simply let sims hang out without any restrictions whatsoever.

This mod adds 8 realistic, grounded and immersive night-shift careers, and 2 teen part-time jobs. No CEO dream paths here. No skipping steps. Just real work, late hours, and small promotions earned the hard way.

Each career includes 9 levels, dozens of custom notifications, and a realistic progression where your Sim starts at the bottom and works their way up — slowly, quietly, and with pride. Careers are basegame, except for MPA that requires Discover University for the Search & Debate skill. 📄 A PDF file is included in the downloads for those who want to read a full breakdown of each career’s levels, progression, and required skills.
