I have compiled a list of all the episodes/movies Iruka Umino makes an appearance in. This took me hours of research to put together so please consider reblogging this/saving it for personal use if you found it helpful :) it would make me really happy to know this helped others out

Years in anbu and the death of Minato and Kushina means losing the rare but affectionate hands against his hair and back and the occasional back breaking hug. It meant slapping and punching and stabbing and being slapped and punched and stabbed in return.

Sex ? Sex is just a mean to an end. To work off the adrenaline the agression after causing another death . To convince a mark to lower his guard for a mission.

But Iruka... Iruka his firm. Firm but not violent. Purposeful but not manipulating. He ask always.

He ask before covering a spinning sharingan draining away at his charkra, warn before cleaning and bandaging a bleeding wound his hands sure but gentle. Always so gentle. Never dare to touch Kakashi's neck or throat or the soft expanse of his stomach.

Not unless absolutely necessary and Kakashi... Kakashi yearns. He burns and wants and prays for those sure hands in his hair on his face gentle so gentle across his body on his skin.... in him? in him.

Initiating is so easy but receiving is a grace he longs for.

He watch and jealous everyone who get to be close. Anko who hugs and hang on him. The two guard chunin always brushing against his shoulders and poking at him even Genma flirting and pulling on a neat ponytail.

And Iruka who gives back as good as he gets.

He watch and wants and burns and yearns so bad. His body screaming for more for everything but his mouth unable to say it. Teasing and making jokes hiding hunger behind levity. Greedily collecting everything touch and brush. Basking in the trail they leave.

He trusts him so much. But it's not just his blind spot-- that's the side with the sharingan. kakashi's greatest strength and his greatest weakness. the physical manifestation of the guilt and love and grief he's carried since it was given to him as a kid. the most human and vulnerable part of him. and iruka (nurturer, bleeding heart, will of fire personified) constantly occupying that space except for the times when kakashi feels rejected by him or when iruka's in mortal danger/when the sharingan needs to strictly be a weapon...........................

Because for jinshi, it would probably be when he boldly declared he wants her to be his wife. Do we have a similar moment for Maomao? Her monologues in LN 12 hold the same weight but those were never spoken out loud and Jinshi was asleep :(

Great question! To me the closest we get to a “Maomao confession” so far is in light novel 13. (Spoilers below)

Jinshi had sent the letter to Maomao for her to come to his chambers and usually this would mean he wanted to have relations because that was the typical procedure for royal men to invite women into bed with them. For Jinshi, this wasn’t actually his intention (he just wanted to talk) but due to everyone’s assumption (including Ah-Duo discussing it with Maomao and then Suiren trying to set the mood with romantic atmosphere) when they meet again, Maomao is actually the one who suggests going into his room first, with Jinshi giving her the opportunity to back out, making sure she understands how it would be different this time if they went into his room together. She assures him that she does and this time around it’s him who’s flustered because Maomao is pursuing him as it appears.

Maomao, usually so calm and collected, almost looked self-conscious. “May I ask something, Maomao? Just to be sure?” Jinshi swallowed hard. He had to be clear about this. “You know what it means to enter my bedroom at this moment, don’t you?” “Yes, sir.” “It’s not about caring for any illness or treating any injury.” “I’m aware, sir-that informed the preparations I made.”

You all get some Naruto ponies!

I even have some small worldbuilding stuff:

• I decided to make all Uchiha pegasi bc half of them have bird-releated stuff (Sasuke, Itachi, Shisui...).

• Madara became a natural alicorn when he developed the rinnegan. So did Sasuke but bc he only has one eye his horn and wing (which he lost in his fight against Naruto) are made of magic and he can manifest or hide them at will.

• When the rinnegan is transplated, the user also gets a horn and/or wings, but it's much more unstable and hard to control (which is why Obito's horn looks wonky).

• Kakashi didn't become an alicorn when he got Obito's eyes, he only received a projection of his wings and since he’s already a unicorn he looks like an alicorn for the short time he has the power.

Before being named Hokage, Kakashi needs to catch up on all the pending paperwork in his life. While Tsunade is reviewing all the documents, she finds an outstanding issue and requests that Kakashi appear immediately at the Hokage Tower.

"Yes, Hokage. Is there anything urgent to discuss?" Kakashi asked after entering through the office window.

Without wanting to beat around the bush with a sermon, Tsunade went straight to the point.

"You knew you have a marriage agreement in your name, right?"

It's not that Kakashi didn't know. But the agreement was made even before his father's death, he simply forgot everything. A lifetime had passed, he had never been introduced to his "fiance," he had distanced himself from his responsibilities as clan chief, so he simply had no idea that the agreement still existed.

Furthermore, the promised person might not even be alive. There had been so many battles in Konoha, he didn't want to think he was "lucky" enough to find such a person alive.

He chose to simply tell Tsunade, "I didn't know the agreement was still in effect after my father's death."

"So you'll be quite surprised to learn that the agreement is still valid. It's valuable to the clans of Konoha, and a decision needs to be made about what will happen to it before you take the position of Hokage."

"Well, at the very least I can talk to the person I was promised to be, if they still exist."

"You won't get away with this easily, brat. Your fiancé is alive and well, and is just as valuable to Konoha as your engagement."

Kakashi knew that Tsunade liked a bit of drama and stalling, if it meant she was going to have fun. So he just waited patiently while she read the papers again, as if searching for a name she already knew.

"I can't say I'm not surprised, but... Umino Iruka? That's certainly the most surprising clan alliance I've seen in Konoha.

The first time he entered the office, Kakashi felt the need to sit down.

Umino Iruka was no ordinary name in Konoha, and definitely not an ordinary name for Kakashi. He had been the nemesis of his adolescence, the father of his beloved student, the most precious teacher at the academy, the sweetheart of the village, the tormentor of jonin who didn't submit good reports... And now, Kakashi's fiancé.

In fact, all this time, throughout his entire life, Iruka had been his fiancé. Yours...

Kakashi had not yet regained his speech or movement when a knock on the office door echoed, followed by Tsunade's voice giving permission for them to enter.

"Hokage-sama, the ANBU informed me that they wanted to speak with me urgently."

The sound of Iruka's voice seemed to have snapped Kakashi out of a moment of dissociation. The jounin turned to Iruka so quickly that one might have thought he was going to attack the teacher.

Looking between a startled Kakashi and an amused Tsunade, Iruka spoke formally.

""Hokage-sama, I apologize. But if I have to accept any more reports from Kakashi-san that are more than 7 months overdue, you'll need to find another Hokage."

Kakashi choked, while Tsunade smiled as wide as she could, and spoke.

"I didn't think I'd have so much fun in my last few months at this job. This will definitely be fun."

End of idea.
