This is one of my favorite cakes as it tastes great just dusted with some powdered sugar but the best part is what you do with the leftovers - turn it into a Berry Cashew Trifle. Just my kind of endeavor! Enjoy the cake with your coffee/tea or as a trifle make it to amaze your guests!

Cranberries studded Banana muffins - easy to make and 1..2..3....and they are gone! With a slight crunch on the top and soft cranberries - you can’t go wrong with this one. For breakfast or brunch or on a long car ride - these are great!

Who doesn’t love brownies and if you add Oreos it’s another match made in heaven and lived in your kitchen! They are a fudgy, chocolatey delight!

An apple a day....it’s good for you they say. If you love apples you would probably also know that all those antioxidants and fiber makes it a super healthy snack anytime of the day. A Russian twist turns these apples into a tasty delight!

A simple butter cake with a French accent and the subtle flavor of almonds! Ooh là là! This is so versatile as it can be whatever you want it to be - plum or apricot butter cake with plum or apricot puree or with Nutella - yum!

It’s difficult not to love cheesecake! Though not really a cake but a custard it has become a favorite not just in the US but around the world. Here’s one with lime juice and zest to add a tongue-tickling tangy flavor!

Who doesn’t love biscotti? This one with almonds and almond flour in the dough makes all the difference. As they say in Italian - ‘mangia mangia” with hot espresso or tea!

Avocado is not just for guacamole any more! In this bread the avocado adds softness but at the same time keeps the bread firm. A new house favorite!

The best cheesecake of the lot - blueberries inside and out! This mini cheesecake takes care of all your cravings and some! Blueberries are a summer favorite and chockfull of all that’s good for you. 

What a way to end a meal! Happiness is yummy cheesecake and add to that the fantastic combination of Dulce de Leche and pecans. Makes the mouth water! 

What’s not to love especially when biscuits have cheese and spices in them! You can try them with green onions, dill, rosemary or any other spice you have at home. Eat it at breakfast or with a meal - either way it will make your day!

Love the flavors of chocolate and cardamom together - and darker the chocolate the more enhanced the flavor! Serve it by itself or with seasonal fruits - what a way to end a meal!

Another marriage made in heaven! Two of my favorite dessert ingredients - chocolate and strawberries! National Strawberries day or not, this is a great treat!

The taste of pine nuts and the subtle flavor of honey is perfectly melded into this cake. A simple glaze with more nuts on the top is an icing on the already yummy cake!
