Fudge Waffles with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce

How’s everyone doing? The last few weeks have been A LOT. Some good, some bad, and definitely overwhelming.😓 One big thing is trying to combat burnout with little breaks even though there’s so much more work to do. In these moments I feel small and like one person can’t really navigate all of it, but at the same time I know I just gotta do it! So, I took a series of timeouts for yard work and other life-maintenance things, plus I busted out my sourdough starter again!🙌 Because it’s now above 100F here, I tried “baking” these loaves in the grill with a pizza stone. It was a fun experiment that I would do again, but maybe with a different dough recipe and my Dutch oven on the grill instead.🔥 Still very tasty though!
