This recipe makes a creamy dip that tastes just like Chili's famous skillet queso dip. It's great for parties, game days, or casual get-togethers because it combines the flavors of chili, melted cheese, and spices.

Ingredients: 1 lb Velveeta cheese. 1 cup milk. 2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper. 1 15 oz can no-bean chili. 2 tsp chili powder. 2 tsp cumin. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes and green chilies like Rotel. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish. Tortilla chips, for serving.

Instructions: Cube Velveeta cheese and place it in the slow cooker. Add milk, paprika, ground cayenne pepper, no-bean chili, chili powder, cumin, and diced tomatoes with green chilies Rotel. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Once the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through, serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro, with tortilla chips for dipping.
