Riding on the celestial waves beyond my dreams, beyond my dreams the colours cascade into eathly hues and i am reborn again.

Sometimes we feel so low No-one to talk to and no where to go. The moods that lift us are absent and in the shadows, as we grasp for air drowning in our sorrow. The pain and the hurt resurfaces again, old patterns and memories tearing us apart. But arnt they just feelings emotions and more is this not the time to inner explore? What is this storm that comes unsought? Is it another reminder of lessons to be taught? So to action and seek shelter we must even out the edges clean out the rust. The shadows and darkness that seems to be all, will slowly recede as we boldly call a friend a loved one a power beyond lets dance through our troubles each and everyone. Take time to be still in the day its just another battle coming our way, as soldiers of progress for that which we seek lets unite together and promises keep. Heyward Gallery 50th Anniversary This evening was a joy as I danced amongst the stars, artists magic smiles and remembered creative times. Concrete and cream sunlights mysterious beams, shadows and creations from some future yet to unfold. Intricate minds wrestled with the abstract urging us to embrace what is and was, form and substance love and life. The lady laughed to see such fun and the man ran away with the spoon. Speeches and social leeches raised a glass and a cheer while I looked on distant in the rear. I climbed the stairs being ever aware of the voice in my head but don't worry im not dead. Sacred touch Together we look into eachothers eyes and give ourselves permission to sacred touch as our clothes transform and the colours erupt. We swim within this universal dream amidst the primal scream of birth and death samsaras wheel turning. Our ancestors danced on distant shores doing as we are doing busy living while busy dying. Calling us home to wisdoms shore the sages ask us to explore, to ask the questions that give us more. My pen flows as time comes and goes, a thought a wish a hearts desire feed the flames on the pyre. And in these moments of emotion we free ourselves from worldly commotion, we sit silent and wait looking into our lovers eyes for loves sweet surprise. Give and you shall recieve, be like the spider and weave a web of goodness the cultivation of which leads to a higher understanding. Love thy neighbour as thyself and find richness in love and health. Be as the water flowing free learn to listen and be. Search not for wealth on this mundane plane, nor for fame, for the seasons come and go and many have fallen giving us their tales of woe, their sound and fury signifying nothing. Seek peace with yourself and love thyself, make peace with your past, for resentment and fear ever present do harm again and again. Dance with joy apon each living day grateful come what may, death is another journey prepare and be aware. Sing the song of freedom that uplifts the spirit soul a knowledge deep and old. Love being loved All is not lost when one loves well it enriches our hearts so that they heal and swell. A momentary kiss can bring real happiness and in times of woe a smile is bliss, so open up don't resist to what's happening. Worry not but take time to see with a sober heart lifes clarity. Accepting a gentle embrace with gratitude and respect, finding comfort in words that soothe ones mind getting close so as to reassure, open to nurturing love to comfort cure. When feeling high or low in summers rain or winters snow have faith and go with the positive loving flow. For through sense perception we experience and feel the happiness and pain passing like a cinematic reel emotions that come at times as unwelcome and welcomed guests but yet teach us so much like slow down and rest. Our time is now as we come and go to be in the present and watch the flow. Our time is now for within each day there are opportunities to laugh at the changes that manifest all around some so dumb some so profound. Our time is our own each second a journey closer to home no more to dwell in sacred hell and taste the sour cup of pleasure and pain that seem to duel for our attention. Time is so fleeting always present ever greeting the dawn of a new day and the shadow of an old night. For passing swift on cosmic wings is time all around us, in people places and things the song of time doth sing. In pastures green it shines and shimmers hoping to catch a glimmer of bygone ages with its lists of names. Those buried bones once the dwelling place of many a soul that once did live but who now no longer dwell apon this earthly plane. Time reveals the history of kingdoms and conquests now no more, just words full of sound and fury signifying nothing , save past glories etched in stone. We claim our time but it is not ours nor can we change the time past, nor seek it in the future. But we can wait patiently for our time to sleep once more to shed this old skin for one anew. Then to awake again in mortal coil or spiritual realm to dance like a puppet on this earthly plane, or to sing dance and play within pastures green far away a dynamic scene. Deep within a valley of life surrounded by cooing doves, peacocks sing and bees buzz and life is real no pain to feel our destiny reached a sweet embrace eventually being in the right place. Its always our choice that directs us to our destination when at the junction be at the right station. So choose wisely I say and keep time in the day ever present to laugh and play. Colours of Spring Colours cascade in reds and blues yellow pink cosmic hues spring laughter from forest floor to mountain stream, While up on high in groves of green the flowers awaken to the natural scene. Bluebells snowdrops and daffodils smile and say behold our beautiful array of colours form and scented air inspiring us to dance devil may care. Purples orange red and mauve welcome to the enchanted grove. Its a magical place to help dance and play to open up our weary hearts and release the negative through dance and song so stay awhile it won't take long. Elven folk dance and sing welcoming the smile of spring, in all its glory what a day to embrace the sparkling waters in May. The forest fruits are free and sweet mixed with honey for a tasty treat, as fairies play and mischief make the birds do chatter and music create. The majestic swans glide apon the waters loving and living as nature intended hope reborn love extended. Love is a doing thing that brings us joy And makes us sing When we are confused and alone at night it soothes and comforts bringing in the light pure loves embace is such a delight. I was searching at times for love in dark places mistaking its shadow for sweetness and joy, revealing my heartache and pain from not receiving love as a boy. But now as an adult my heart has been opened a delicate journey that I have chosen. Sobering my being the truth revealed With the salve of love gently healed. Love is joy and a delicate thing so hold it carefully love is communicating. Love of a power greater than me I see in nature the land and the trees, I feel the love of the mountains the oceans and sea the birds and beasts certainly agree.
