Progress i'm learning more and more about curved contour cross hatching and how to really get the topography down, i really do just pop these things things and it's not so much about producing finished pieces i just want to get some of these techniques down. Every time i get one of these techniques down it gets added to my process and makes me faster and faster.
The effect i'm trying to come up with basically challenges every thing is am bad at. So i need perspective, pen flicks very deliberate hatching very deliberate line weights.
I've got the texture in my head but it's like a geometric puzzle. Achieving chatoyant textures with flicks and curved cross contour hatching with variant line weights lmao. I just need to figure out how to combine these elements or i will die 🤭
