♡ work hours are capped (e.g. 4–6 hours/day max unless scripted otherwise).

♡ cities are designed to reduce stress (green spaces, quiet areas etc.)

♡ no homophobia, colorism, racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, xenophobia etc.

♡ bullying and cancel culture does not exist.

♡ all healthcare is free and high quality. mental health care is equal in importance to physical health.

♡ crimes are very rare due to stable living conditions.

♡ pollution does not exist. climate is stable and healthy. animals are protected and treated ethically.

Disclaimers: I really use the term mini-shifted because you either didn't shift or did shift and even if it was for a minute that's still you shifting!

This was a couple months ago

I did share my story with one of my mutuals on TikTok, and they said it sounded more like astral projection instead of shifting, and I know you can shift through astral projection, so let me know what you guys think!

So for context after I got back into shifting realities and loa I was also battling with what I believed in religion wise (not because of either thing just some personal life events, I only mentioned them to make a timeline for myself as I write this) so I started doing research and I stumbled upon Buddhism (I know it’s not really a religion but more so a philosophy) and I looked into meditation and started learning more about it as a whole. Quick PSA: I am not an expert; there are thousands of sects that I am not entirely educated on. I mostly know about Siddhartha Gautama (the Buddha), the Four Noble Truths, and the Noble Eightfold Path. I started meditating literally almost anywhere I could, in the car, in my room, by the pool, etc. I’ll put a picture of the meditations I used at the end. Then I learned about the void state through I think either TikTok or Tumblr and how it could be used to both shift and manifest. From there I started practicing that and realized guided meditations kind of make me/remind me that I’m still physically here. It made me very aware of my physical body (you’re supposed to detach/let your body go numb/sleep), which led me to use pure theta waves since I used that to manifest too (I do robotic affirming or SATS to it). It worked perfectly and always got me to the void the few times I attempted to. I also started doing shifting-centered guided meditations.

TO GET TO THE GOOD PART NOW THAT THERE’S CONTEXT.

I’ll try to put into words the best I can, so if you’re confused just ask me what I’m talking about in the replies LMAO.

though there is a fine line where people will focus so deep on their small or half results to the point where they’ll think: “okay, i got this half, now i’ll just wait for the rest.”

NO. now you’re assuming you don’t have the rest! be excited about the fact that you saw results in the 3D and go RUNNING back to the thought of “i already have it all.”

both can co-exist, but keep your dominant state as the fulfillment of your desire completely. afterall, that’s what made the small result even possible in the first place.

We've been overcomplicating this shit alot. If you want to shift decide, btw If u forgot what deciding is, it's just choosing something.

You want to shift, you can decide(choose) to wake up in your dr. It's simple. You don't have to feel anything new in order to shift.

"But I'm not in my dr yet i tried everything?" IT'S CALLED AS LAW OF ASSUMPTION, YOU DECIDE WHAT TO HAPPENS NEXT. AND IF YOUR USING NON DUALISM DID YOU FORGET THAT YOU AND YOUR DESIRES ARE NOT SEPARATE?(Non dualism and law of assumption are same but, non dualism gives much more details about manifesting/shifting.)

"I can't see it how can i assume it" Assumption means to believe something without proof.

YOU CAN LITERALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE 180. DOUBTS CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU UNLESS THINK SO.

Next, one of the biggest misconception is that you failed in that shifting attempt

I'm not the best person to ask but i would say to try multiple different methods. the ones that work the most, use them and mix them together. follow your instincts ALWAYS. if you feel attached to a sort of method or for no reason think "this might work for me" then don't ignore that feeling

if there's a method you do not wanna do then don't do it.

mix the methods that worked the most, or that you THINK will work the most. or use them as help to make/create your own method!

i recommend figuring out if either Asleep methods or Awake methods work better for you, and then just keep going from there.

As for how to connect with your DR:

-start writing diary entries as your DR self. even if not a diary, just start writing about events that happened in your DR. write scenarios or just the feeling of waking up there.

-start acting as if you already shifted to your DR, and sit there 'remembering' what you did when you got there.

-you can Draw people or yourself from your DR, make art of anything relating to your DR.

-whenever you think about your DR, don't go like "oh i wish i was there" or think of it as if you're 'imagining' it. No, think about your DR as if you're REMEMBERING it, as if you were already there and you're remembering what happened and what you did, who you talked to.

-you can also make playlists of songs that remind you of your DR or have the 'vibes' or 'aesthetic' of it.

-Let's say example, your DR self plays the piano (example). Either you go play the piano pretending as if you're your DR self and you're there. OR if you don't have a piano at home or don't know how to play, then watch someone playing the piano on youtube and start saying "that's me", "i remember when i did that", "it was so fun playing the piano for {person}".

Not just piano, but literally any hobbies your DR self has, you do that^^^. Your DR self is great at drawing? Go draw thinking as if you're your DR self, you're in your DR. OR watch someone drawing and go like "that's me", "OH YEAH I REMEMBER WHEN I DREW THAT YESTERDAY!!", "I gifted this drawing to {person}"

-every single day you wake up in your bed, go like "I'm so happy i shifted!! it worked". EVEN if you didn't shift, still say that every day you wake up and pretend as if you shifted that night. "Yo i just shifted AGAIN today, niceeee". "Oh my god today's shift was so awesome!! i was so happy when i saw {person} and did {something}"

-Also i know i wrote it as "DR self" but don't think of it like that. just think of it like YOU cause it IS you. it's not another self, it is LITERALLY you (i just didn't know how else to word it).

-if you notice all the advices i wrote, it's basically just multiple ways to put you in the mindset of being in your DR and/or in the mindset that you shifted. stay like that. these basically manipulate or force your brain to believe that you did shift and that you really were in your DR, making it reality by LOA.

　*　　colonization does not exist, all countries that were colonized never were

　*　　no distinctions such as 3rd & 1st world countries; all countries have high GDP, advanced infrastructure, a stable economy, and high living standards

　*　　the cost of living isn't very high, you can work any job you want and still live comfortably ; all jobs pay well & have good benefits

　*　　the world has never known war or famine, it only exists as a fictional concept

　*　　only people who are ready to be parents and care for their children have children ; abuse does not exist

　*　　healthcare is free and accessible for all, healthcare professionals / workers are very considerate of patients and take concerns seriously

　*　　pdf files & sx offenders don't exist

　*　　political matters never lead to death

　*　　no one is homeless, whether it's a human or animal. everyone has a loving home/independent residence that's comfortable and has every necessity

Because it really is that simple.

All I ask you to do is to put your hand out in front of you. Put your focus onto it.

Then, I want you to move your focus over to what's behind your hand.

Bingo. You've already done it.

You've just shifted your awareness.

Shifting is the same concept. You are becoming aware of something that already exists. Even if it's not right in front if you that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Just right now, your focusing on here.

Focus on your dr just as you focused on the surrounds behind you're hand. It really is THAT simple.
