HELP NEEDED!!!

Hi everyone. I'm going to have medical bills very soon and living in the US, healthcare is very expensive. I have a large and growing dark red spot on my leg which could be cancerous and I'll need a biopsy. I've had it for roughly 4 months now (pic got my original post labeled mature so I will link the image here even though it's just a spot on my skin). About 7 years ago, I had to get a biopsy of a sudden and rapidly growing spot which was precancerous according to the biopsy results.
