Mama Forrester finding out about Daphne and Oz
A/N sorry for the late post a man nearly died at my job and it triggered my PTSD. Then I got stabbed in the foot. Anyways here is pt. 1 I broke it up since I have been gone and wanted to give you all something
It was a blissfully cool summer day in Los Angeles allowing for two detectives to relax. Oz was in the shower as Daphne fixed herself a coffee. As she was about to sit down she heard her phone start to ring on the coffee table. Seeing her mother’s face instantly brightened her mood.
“Hi Mom, what’s going on you never call during this time of day. Not saying I don’t enjoy the call.”
Her mother chuckled and her smooth honey like voice made Daphne miss her mother even though she was on the other end of the line. “Well, I don’t have any appointments today and I knew you had the day off. So I decided to surprise you with a mother daughter day like we used to have. Unless you have something going on today. If so let me know and I’ll just go shopping, get a massage then say hi to your brother.”
Daphne’s only plan for the day was to laze about with Oz. However he would understand her canceling their lazy day for a chance to be with her mom. Epically since she is usually booked and busy with her patients.”
As Daphne and her mother finalized plans Oz came out the bathroom. He was shirtless and smelled like vanilla and shea butter. Which let Daphne know he had been using her body wash after she told him to stop since he used too much of it at once.
“Alright. Mom I’m gonna start getting ready right now. I’ll see you soon love you.” Daphne hung up and immediately pinched Oz on the bicep.
“You’re gonna have to start replacing my body wash if you using all of mine Lev.” She said to him with a playful smile. He instantly pulled her into his arms which caused a giggling fit from Daphne. He leaned down to her ear and whispered “You know I love it when you call me by my first name aşkım (my love)
“As nice as this is, I unfortunately have to cancel our plans for the day. My mom wants to have a mother daughter day and I haven’t seen her nearly a year. I’ll make it up to you later tonight.” She informed him of the change of plans while holding his gaze and hands.
He smiled down then kissed her hands. “The way you can make it up to me is by letting me crash here the day. The construction in front of building is taking longer than usual and I can only get a full nights sleep here. ”
Blush spread across Daphne’s cheeks feeling happy that Oz was getting the rest he needed and she got to have him in her bed. “Is it the quiet that helps you get a full night or is it how you hold me at night.”
A playful smirk graced Oz’s face. He leaned into Daphne’s ear his breath sending a chill up her spine. “Tonight it’s not gonna be quiet when we’re in bed together.” He pulled back looking her in the eyes knowing that a wetness was pooling between her legs.
“You should start getting ready to see your mom.” With that Daphne headed to the back to start getting ready to spend the day with her mother. Oz fixed a cup of coffee while she was decided what make up look she wanted to do.
“You should do something soft and simple. Knowing your mother she will probably have you all over L.A shopping and you don’t want to be sweaty.”
Before she a knock startled the both of them. Without thinking Oz walked to the door with coffee in hand. “Oz wait” However it was too late the door was already open. There stood Dr. Diane Forrester looking magnificent as ever. One of her perfectly shaped brows rose as she looked at the sight before her. Her daughter’s partner was holding the door open wearing nothing but a pair of shorts. Holding a cup of what she could only assume was coffee in a mug she remembers buying her daughter when she first moved in. The daughter in question was standing a few feet behind wearing a hoodie that was far too big to be her own.
Daphne chuckled at the situation unfolding before her. “Hey mom”
