Honestly, her easy going personality and how she makes you feel welcomed from the very beginning.

She is nice and even if she talks superficially at the beginning, she does show she is interested in learning more deep things about you, and slowly drops some of her own feelings and lore with time.

And like who wouldn't want to spend the night in the house of a kind person instead of a decrepit mansion where you are constantly reminded that you are doomed and haunted. (I love Tabitha but she lives in horrible conditions)

Having homemade breakfast and having a very mundane time before the next storm hits.

It's nice to walk with her to places. It would feel wrong to let her go around alone while the horrors are everywhere.

She makes the beginning very cozy which makes the horror hit harder once they take that comfort from you.

What annoyed me of her route wasn't anything that she did, it was the constant option of telling her things along the lines of "why did you leave me" "you aren't reliable". Like WHO CARES, of course she is not gonna be trained to handle the horrors. That path of choices feels like you want Leon S Kennedy as your companion instead of a woman who has human reactions in unexpected situations.

Every character has its baggage, their flaws and make huge mistakes. So Stella running away from negative feelings or grabbing into familiarity (Tabitha) regardless of the outcome, is very normal given the circumstances.

I would be scared of her if she was happy easy going and nonchalant in every episode. That's how Sybil acts and you know what happened hdhf.

Anyways, I just enjoy her and it became one of those characters that I default to romance in every route (I have to forcefully choose other paths for achievements)

8): You often can't save everyone, does your PC justify the person they didn't choose to help? How?

She trusts the Mystic revelations and prophecies and then dissociates until she gets busy with the next problem.

9): What does your PC's fear look like throughout the week? Is it a dull dread? Active avoidance? Trying to flee the town, or the opposite: trying to maintain control as best as they can? Cozying up to the most powerful characters to avoid being hurt?

Dissociation and pushing through the horrors.

She might have some panic attacks at night, but during the day she compartmentalizes the losses and the revelations.

13): How does your PC react to being recognized as a "Scarlet"? What traits of theirs makes them most like a 'Scarlet'? Is the resemblance just physical, or does it run deeper?

She doesn't really register it in the first two days. She can hear her mother's disgust more than the last name. So she feels pretty detached from it. She slowly gets used to it thanks to Stella and how Stella reacts towards the last name. Although she can see that the fondness wasn't directed at her at the beginning.

She looks like she has been through things and she doesn't have a light in her eyes since she was a kid. Also she might be on some spectrum just like Tabby.

She knew what was gonna happen but seeing it unfold was something else.
