I've been sitting on this for a couple of days. UNDER 100 BABY!!!!!!!!!! **repost because I messed up** I was waiting to post this when I hit 20 kilos which is 1.2 kilos away. But the last couple of days have been hard, like real fucking hard. I'm feeling my body give out on me which is something I didn't expect, I kinda hoped it was going to be smooth sailing and it hasn't been.. I've been trying to listen to my bodies limits at the gym and I'll be fine, then 30 seconds later I'm running to the toilet to hurl my guts up. Which would be fine if I had stuff to puke up. On the way home from the gym tonight after being there for an hour managing 5 sets then almost fainting I fell apart on the drive home. I'm feeling my body not being able to recover anymore, it's giving out and it's weak. Don't fucking give me 'eat more, take more supplements blah blah blah'. Every time I feel hungry I have to make the choice whether I can have what little food will go down or drink water. I have to choose everyday whether I'm going to eat or drink fluid. It's hard. This is literally the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Right now- this second, minute, hour and today, I'm at a loss. I don't know what todo. Posting this I hope will give me the push and shove to get to 25 kilos (half way of my goal weight). Okay! So I'm 36 hours out from surgery for my #gastricsleeve few thoughts are running through my head. 1( I am going to die. 1a( I'm going to have everything go wrong during the procedure. 2( I'm terrified that I don't know what my life is going to be like after. 3( praying that my skin bounces back. I don't think it will. 4(I feel like shit. All I doing at the moment is shakes. Which is getting in the necessary nutrients to survive. But going from eating so much to just (I'll use this loosely) surviving has been a massive change. I don't have the headaches or anything anymore, I just have little energy to get up throughout the day. 5( I'm in a big hurry to see the 'end result' 6(how much is my body going to change. I know everyone is different but it's horrifying not knowing anything beyond Tuesday! 7( my legs are dying from training today. I am so thankful to have an amazing positive group around me at the moment.
