Okay, listen. As like a society in general we just need to do waaay better when it comes to bodyshaming men. And I mean all men, trans and cis alike. But we need to apply it to literally every man. And I mean every single one - even the bad ones. Cause speaking as a fat cis man with a very small dick, I still struggle to this day with body dysmorphia about it. I always have and I turn 34 in a month. And I fucking hate Donald Trump with my whole entire being and am in fact eagerly awaiting the day he meets his hopefully painful end, but constantly having to see and hear people make jokes about his allegedly tiny dick still just makes most men who also have a small dick make the ''man with small dick = vile little evil man'' equation in their head. And yes, Trump *is* a vile and evil man for sure, but we cannot say that bodyshaming is okay to do to some people because they're bad because it just makes everyone with similar body features think that they should be ashamed for it as well. Why is it still more or less entirely socially acceptable to bodyshame people with a small dick???? Why is it still socially acceptable to body shame men in general???? Bodyshaming sucks, and it ruins people's lives more often than I think people care to believe. We need to come to the collective conclusion that ''bodyshaming is never acceptable, not to anyone, including the bad people who wouldn't themselves hesitate to body shame others''.
There should be no exceptions

Look, Tyra Banks is problematic and has been rightfully criticized for the many, many problematic statements she had made on ANTM. But, there's something so hypocritical and rage-inducing about seeing White women viciously commenting on Tyra Banks' physique and appearance at the Victoria Secret Fashion Show, saying that she deserved it for making women feel bad on ANTM.
There are a couple things that I think need to be addressed which is:
1. Using fatphobic statements and bodyshaming Tyra Banks and thinking that it's justified becos she had made fatphobic and bodyshaming statements before, does not make you any better than she was. You are still bodyshaming. Also seeing White women thinking they are justified in shaming a Black woman's body? No, fucking no.
2. The individualizing of systemic problems to Tyra Banks. Banks is literally not the only person on ANTM who bodyshamed the contestants on the show. The other judges had participated in it as well, and it tells you a lot about the modelling industry in general. Banks has also been criticized and denied jobs in the past for not meeting beauty standards as a curvy Black woman. Is it too far of a stretch to consider that in order for her, a curvy Black woman, to succeed in the modelling industry, she'd internalized a bunch of toxic beauty standards?
All this to say, I think it's possible to re-evaluate Tyra Banks' legacy and hold her accountable for what she has said and the harm she's complicit in upholding, while also making space to be compassionate and nuanced about her. I mean, if (mostly White) women can see Ballerina Farm as a victim while she's been profitting off promoting white supremacist, cisheteronormative patriarchal values in a pretty soft-lit package to young impressionable pple, I think we can do the same for Tyra Banks?
Anyways, please read this:

Shaping You - Reunion
âBarricade!â Prowl exclaimed as his brother stepped into his chambers. Even though Jazz had said his brother was here, he had not believed it. He did not give Barricade the chance to notice their company and ran to his brother and embraced him in a Praxian hug. Barricade nuzzled his crest. âI wondered if it would be vorns before our procreators dined to travel here.â
âThey didnât,â Barricade told him. âI ditched them in Uraya. The Omni was in port. I asked our uncle for a ride.â
âProgenitor will have his helm if he has the chance,â Prowl said, worried.
âCome, sit down,â Jazz interrupted, gently. âThe portâs a long ânough way off, yer brother might be close to overheating.â
âIâm fine, but thank you,â Barricade replied. âMy uncle gave me reflective paint. I could hardly leave our lodgings in Uraya. It feels more manageable here.â
âAll the same,â Punch spoke now. âWeâll call Hotwire back ân she can outfit ya wit armour more suited for Polyhex.â
âHis Majesty, King Punch,â Prowl introduced his brother to his originator in law. Barricade would have bow but Prowl held his arm tight, hardly able to believe Barricade had made the journey. âOriginator to my consort, Crown Prince Jazz.â
âCan yer progenitor make trouble for yer uncle?â Punch asked.
âUnlikely, Your Majesty,â Barricade replied. âSince the Crown of Praxus has had a warrant out for his helm for decavorns and havenât managed to collect, Crosscut doesnât have much of a chance.â
âThereâs a story there,â Punch said.
âSomeone ordered fuel?â Prowl was surprised it was his consortâs twin and not a servant that brought in a tray of coolant. âI heard there was an unexpected guest.â
âYes, Rico,â Punch said. âI may need ya for this. Ya know oâ the Omni?â
âSure,â Ricochet replied. âThey donât sail under any colours but their friendly to Polyhex. If they ainât hasslinâ slavers, they trade crystals, mostly.â
âThat works for me,â Punch said. âPour the coolant, Ricochet. Barricade, why does Praxus want yer uncleâs helm.â
âHe sunk the jewel of their fleet,â Barricade explained. Prowlâs optics went wide, he had not heard this story. âAfter their progenitor died, our progenitor arranged a bonding for his brother with the admiral of Praxusâs fleet. The mech had a dukedom and promised to pay a huge dowry. Camshaft, our uncle, didnât care for the match and escaped on a ship the mega-cycle the Rites were supposed to be spoken. The admiral gave chase at the helm of Praxusâs newest war ship. Camshaft manned the canon that sank it.â
âAre they still in port?â Jazz asked.
âFor now,â Barricade said. âHis conjunx has family in Staniz. Iâm staying with them.â
âYaâll stay here,â Punch said. âSo ya can enjoy the visit wit Prowl. Ricochet, invite âem for a welcome feast, next cycle.â
âWill do,â Ricochet replied.
âI have never met our uncle,â Prowl said.
âNeither had I,â Barricade said. âBut I heard progenitor curse him and the Omni often so when I heard the ship mentioned at the docks, I went to see if he was still captaining it. He and his conjunx have made a hobby of harassing progenitorâs ships if they donât care for his cargo.â
âI likeâem already, Jazz said.
Prowl did too. Even if bringing Barricade to Polyhex was just an act of spite, it was agreeable to Prowl. Hotwire came and she cut armour for Barricade in a similar style to the first design she made for him. It suited him well, as did the wrapper Punch gave him. Jazz and his kin left them alone to visit. He had been afraid to write letters, knowing that their procreators would surely intercept it and he had not wanted them to know of the disaster of his bonding cycle. Barricade listen as Prowl described the disaster as it had unfolded and Punchâs gradual chase of spark. He revealed his carrying and the bitty bump not quite hidden by his wrapper but not precisely displayed either. His brother was happy he had settled and happier knowing he had shared his bride price with the poor mechanisms of Polyhex. Their procreators would call it a waste when they learned. But if it would bring their disapproval, it appealed to Barricade.
âIt was brave oâm to come,â Jazz told Prowl later. âTo trust a mech, even an uncle, he didnât know to make that sailinâ. Polyhex ân Uraya ainât been at war in a long time but we ainât friendly either.â
âBarricade is fearless,â Prowl said. âIf our positions had been reversed, he would have done as our uncle did. At least he would have tried. He would not wanted to be a thing our procreators were selling.â
âDid ya think about doinâ the same?â Jazz asked.
âNo,â Prowl replied. âI am not so daring. I thought Polyhex would be an escape on its own. It has been. I am fortunate to have you for my conjunx.â
His belly rounder still as he rode his consort for the second time of the evening. Prowl could not linger on his uncertainty over his growing curves, not with the way Jazz worshipped them. Though his originator had told him he was expected to lie with his conjunx whenever the prince required it, describing it as a duty, Prowl found interface to be nothing like the chore his originator had described. Jazz squeezed Prowlâs aft as he rolled his hips, their arrays ground together. Prowlâs anterior node was stimulate so well when he did this, at the same time, his consortâs thick spike stimulated his gamma cluster. It was impossibly good. He moaned for Jazz and squeezed his own wells as Jazz watched him âdanceâ. Prowl could have danced the whole dark-cycle with him.
âOh Jazz,â Prowl moaned as his conjunx took him from behind.
âYa feel so good, Sweetspark,â Jazz praised him. He cupped Prowlâs growing bitty bump as he made love to him. âYâre perfection. Every micrometre.â

people should call out changing a character's bodytype in nsfw fanart as bodyshaming more often because why do you as the artist feel the need to change this character's body to desire them? and why do you feel that body is more sexual?? weird and disrespectful towards both bodytypes ngl.
Okay i gotta ask this question now because my socials have been flodding with it.
Is this whole bodyshaming thing normal in the nba??
Because wtf are these posts man, coming from someone who knows little to nothing about the nba mainly cause i am european and those watchtimes are fucking diabolical.. but what's up with this consant mentioning of physical appearence? I mean i get it they are athletes and fitness is extremly important, but having to mention it every time even when the topic is something completely different? They arent supposed to fit the (very problematic) body standard. Ofcourse they will have a certain weight and appearence. They are athletes. Not your next top model.
For reference, the whole doncic thing and him loosing a noticable amount of weight. Ive not seen a post where they talk normaly about him??? What kind of journalism is this??
but yea im just really curious and partially a bit extreamly wierded out.
