Fewer government-directed restrictions

That’s literally it: fewer lockdowns, closures, and stay-at-home orders, often due to political pressure.

But COVID-19 is still here. It’s still contagious. People are still getting it. People are still dying from it. Just because it’s not as prominent in the news does not mean that this 2020 story arc has concluded!

Amid a pandemic, the Trump administration will submit a Supreme Court brief on Thursday backing a lawsuit that would completely invalidate the Affordable Care Act.

Striking down the ACA would strip health coverage from more than 23 million Americans and end protections for as many as 133 million people with preexisting health conditions.

The ACA, also known as Obamacare, also contains a provision that’s likely to guarantee that Americans can obtain the coronavirus vaccine without cost-sharing.

Even before the pandemic, the number of Americans living without health insurance had grown by about 2 million under Pres. Trump, breaking a 10-year streak of expanded coverage.

Andrew Heney, owner of the Freeway autoshop, told a local CBS affiliate: “We had a security guard that was out front, because we had just had certain issues with people tagging and stuff like that.”

“And then the police came up, and they pulled their guns on him and he ran because he was scared, and they shot and killed him. He’s got a clean background and everything. There’s no reason.”

The sheriff’s department are claiming Andres Gyuardado had a gun but the autoshop owner and witness to the shooting says that’s absolutely not true he never carried a weapon and didn’t that night.

What’s even worse is that right after the shooting, the Store owner said the cops immediately destroyed all the surrounding security cameras, broke into the store, stole his DVR with the recordings, and then created an illegal warrant after doing all this. 

The shop owner also states he never called the police and doesn’t understand because “There was no reason for them to be there.”
