Yes, You Can Shift Through Daydreaming
Now not throwing any shade because these people have their own beliefs and if daydreaming feels less like shifting and more like a distraction or worse it gets in the way of your daily life you may want to skip this post it's okay. However, I've seen a few posts and people stating that dreaming about your desired reality won't help you shift well I'm here to call bull crud on that as someone who daydreams a lot and shifts through them, I can vouch that daydreaming is a wonderful way to shift it's extremely easy, doesn't contain multistep methods all you do is think, feel, and immerse. It's basically the most simple shifting method.
Trust me when I say I used to believe daydreaming wouldn't work either in fact daydreaming about my waiting room and DR's used to be very hard for me mostly because I used to put too much pressure on myself and because the 3D wasn't changing, I was moving (Because I like to rock back and forth while daydreaming and I like speaking as the characters it's a bit odd I know but it's how I've done it for years.) and I didn't feel, smell, or even properly see my DR I thought it wouldn't work as a shifting method but now I know better daydreaming is just as valid as any other shifting method seriously if you have trouble with visualizing and using five senses. I recommend this super simple method.
The Daydream Method (I recommend doing this method when you have free time and a nice quiet place to just immerse yourself, I do not recommend this while driving or operating heavy machinery. Also, if you are someone who gets too immersed with daydreaming this method is for you but if it gets too the point of mental health issues you may want to either skip this post or take a little shifting break.)
Forget laying down in a comfortable position, counting and every other method you normally use saying a simple affirmation and getting lost in your mind is all you need. I mean you're more than welcome to lay down and meditate but really just daydream how you usually do.
💗1: Be in your DR that's it daydream about it know you're there no it's done lose the pressure daydream for as long as possible switch sense if you want too, it's all real because you said so. Heck some of your daydreams could be memories or past shifts you had forgotten about.
💗2: If you daydream better with music not only are there shift by daydreaming subs (if you use/want to use them not a lot but they do work.) bones points if you're listening to music and daydreaming, you're in your DR listening to those same songs while vibing with your DR friends/comfort characters. (I should do this new idea unlocked.)
💗3: Once you're done or lose focus with the daydream count it as a shift you did it the "hard" <- (Notice the quotes.) part is over now whenever you want to go back or make a new reality or shift to a random place you can. 🤭😉
What, you didn't? the 3D didn't change what do you mean? Have you forgotten you spent like a good while in your DR you don't remember the moments you scripted or didn't script you don't remember the feeling of waking up alone or in the arms of your S/O you don't remember the tears, laughs, fears and boring mondain moments? Heck whose to say the shift only lasted for as long as you believed it did you may have shifted for five years and it's only now your DR memories are returning to you (I can vouch for that as well I shifted for four years across many realities and even I don't remember everything.) I believe the reason so many claim you can't or haven't shifted with simple daydreaming is one the overcomplication of the shifting process and two because when we daydream we know it's just a daydream we don't take the 4D in our mind as fact just fiction it also doesn't help that many don't take into consideration that your awareness can be split across two places it's okay if you still feel or see your CR/3D why because it doesn't matter it will catch up what matters is knowing how easy shifting is and removing the pressure just because the 3D didn't magically change doesn't mean you aren't shifting or doing something wrong. So, with that said.
