Encouraging her to snack constantly and bringing plates filled to the brim with food while she reclines by the pool. Blurring the lines between meals by letting her eat at any point of the day. Just grazing constantly with short breaks when she's a bit too full.

Encouraging to flaunt her constantly fattening body in swimsuits. Seeing her grow bigger, lazier and slower, succumbing to her ever-growing appetite, as she has lost all restraint. Getting her used to having access to high-calorie snacks on her slightest whim.

Taking her on a trip on the last day to show her how heavy and plump she's gotten. Poking her overfed, bloated gut when she walks. Hugging her while she's out of breath, whispering into her ear: you're so strong, getting around so much.

Get fat. Get out of shape. Get slobby and messy. Become lazy, spoiled and entitled. All these names were meant to hurt and belittle you. You own them. You deserve to save your life and your energy. You deserve to experience pleasure. No limit imposed by the outisde world should concern you.

Put on the best looking clothes you find. Let them get tight. Let them get stained with grease. Isn't your overfed, voluptous body beautiful? Isn't rapacious appetite a feat to be proud of? Getting fat is an achievement. It's the peak of human history. A dream shared across generations.

You shouldn't be ashamed of what your body needs either. If you have a craving, just grab and eat it. If you need to burp, go ahead. If you need to fart, don't hold it. Why shouldn't you? Bodily needs are natural and should be realised as soon as possible. If someone thinks it's disgusting, they're delusional. They envy your self-esteem and your carelessness. You might get even more gluttonous and gassier as you keep living your life. That shows you've been indulging yourself right.

Be large and heavy. Your body is beautiful, so doesn't every kilogram make you even more so? Save your energy and effort. Why would you do something, if it's not necessary? Don't you have better, more pleasurable stuff to do? Even laying for an hour straight while your tummy digests a lavish meal is a better, and more necessary, form of spending your time than pointless effort.

If you still wonder if it is for you, think about it. Does it hurt anyone? Don't you deserve to own your life and live it to the fullest? Aren't all these social cathegories made just to restrict you?
