maybe im just hating but let's get one thing straight. oliver queen being cissie king-jones dad is a headcanon. bonnie king being "in love" with oliver queen is a headcanon. bonnie went on one (1) implied date with him in justice league of america '60 issue 7 in a single panel on the very last page. cissie king-jones isn't shown in the same panel as oliver queen until green arrow '23 issues 10-17 (+annual) where she is a background character with no explanation on why she is there as a superhero, or even associated with the green arrow family in general. there is a canon basis you can draw on to make these headcanons, yes. but at the end of the day, it is not canon.
