Keeping it in the canon universe? So mostly human Keith and Lance had started a thing before he left to the BoM. It was the first time that Keith ever really felt comfortable enough to give up control like that and he loved that he was able to let Lance hold him down and control him in bed, but then still let Keith be an independent person outside of the bedroom. Then he goes away with the Blades and idk goes through Galra puberty or something and comes out looking fully Galra and taller than Shiro. And he’s super worried about Lance’s reaction because he knew how Lance loved having a (slight) height advantage and being able to fully cover him when the we’re having sex and….Keith guessed that would all change? He was worried that Lance would feel immasculated now if they fooled around and GUESS HOW WRONG HE WAS. The first chance Lance gets he explores Keith’s new body and is still able to dominate him in bed and falls even more in love with Keith’s now thicc thighs and bubble butt.

A little update:

At last count we had 211 online orders over the last couple of days. We generally have a handful of online orders PER MONTH. And many days our in store sales are 3-5 books. In other words, this deluge is significantly more than we sell in a month. We are literally brought to tears by this outpouring.

About 80% of them have already been fulfilled and are on their way to you.

The other 20% require special attention (out of print book, book temporarily out of stock, etc.) or we need to pull together books from various sources. Some of you will be getting emails from me!

Our staff is three people and one dog. And while the dog is, perhaps, the world’s sweetest dog, he’s not much help in this task. The lack of opposable thumbs is a big hindrance to many bookstore tasks.

Mind you, we are not complaining. Having a surge which overwhelms our current resources is a great problem to have. Heartfelt thanks.

As I take a short break from fulfilling orders I wanted to share a few thoughts.

This is transformative.

We will be able to pay some bills which will steady the ship for a longer voyage. In our wildest dreams this surge would continue, we’d hire more people to handle the load, and the world would have a thriving honest-to-god queer bookstore.

But even if it doesn’t continue at this truly astonishing rate, having a regular flow on online orders would give the store a level of security we haven’t seen in a long time.

All of you did this. You made it happen. And you can be a part of making that dream come true. In fact, you can be the most important part of making that dream come true. You can be an ambassador.

It was, after all, an ambassador who made this happen.

When a friend talks about getting a book, steer them to us. Our mission is to create a safe space for LGBT people, a resource for a community, a place of equality for women, a place where black lives truly matter, a place where your gender is what you say it is, not what anyone else says it is.

Klance College Au Part 7: Attempt #1 to ask Lance out.

Wheelchair users that can walk or stand a small amount are too scared to stand at all in public.

Young people with disabilities are shamed out of priority seats and disabled toilets. They let this happen because they are too scared and fed up with their health being questioned.

People with seriously debilitating health conditions that are at all over weight are assumed to just be fat and lazy. When they explain their conditions, they are disregarded as excuses.

Stop harassing someone just because you can’t see something obvious.  Heart conditions are invisible, for example, and odds are if someone has a condition with good days and bad days (for example, most things involving chronic pain, a variety of things like MS, etc.), odds are if you are not in a medical setting, you are seeing a “good day” and that person is trying to get as much done as they can before things crash again.  If they don’t use that assistive devise or parking spot or whatever, they may not be well enough to, say, feed themselves later.  you are seeing them at their very best and you are missing you bad things will be tomorrow or what they were like yesterday.
