"I know chatgpt is bad but you just don't really have any choice" you literally do. Don't use it. Have some moral backbone.
it's been like 2 years. i havent touched it. never needed to. "you don't really have a choice," are you so swift to forget the recent past? Bitch i still use itunes to download mp3s to so i have them forever and any song i want, then my sister burns them to CDs. When boycotts rolled out my other sister got no thanks to scan what products we shouldn't buy. i still use corded headphones not because "its older" but because it's easier. a fool criticizes those who buy candles 200 years after the invention of the electric light until the power goes out. become ungovernable. you are not immune to propaganda. you've never had Chatgpt forced upon you, the only thing forced upon you is the idea that Chatgpt is forced upon you. why claim you need something today that you didn't need yesterday. little bitch.
hey, can i get a hit of that? (crisp autumn breeze)

do you ever care about something really really hard for three seconds and then stop caring completely. like ok im fine now actually. dont know what came over me
"I'm still kicking" is such a funny way to say "I'm still alive". Like lol. I'm still thrashing. Flailing. Writhing even. The violence remains.
Look, it's simple. If a person has to actively work to make money, they're not "the rich" and they're not the problem. A surgeon making $200k a year still stops making money if they stop showing up to do surgery, because they're still selling their labor. The radical discrepancies in how we value different skills are certainly a problem, but the guy who makes money when he doesn't even get out of bed is the one making money on the value of other people's labor.
Uh, hey, be careful about that, because it sounds kinda like you think people on disability or social security (for retirement especially) are a problem
I'mm'a be real, bud, that is such a gross misreading of what I've said that I almost have to assume you're not arguing in good faith. To argue that people on disability are "making money on the value of other people's labor" is a colossal stretch. Hell, in the current system, it's a stretch to say they're making money at all. "Barely surviving, if that" would be more accurate.
People on disability aren't "making money on other people's labor". They're being supported by taxes because we as a culture believe that all people deserve to have their basic needs fulfilled. If your response to "aim your anger at capitalists, not laborers who get paid more than you" is to whatabout with disabled people, who rarely have any capital at all and are in no way the subject of this post, you may be doing exactly what the post is warning against, and aiming your anger at the wrong people.
You can survive your childhood and escape the horror of your parents by creating and existing solely in a rich inner world in which you contain all your thoughts and feelings and this will not have any effect on your relationships as an adult

Rapists, and killers, too? Really? (Those on death-row?) The drug/prostitution problems are just a portion of USA criminals.
yes, all criminals. the moment you say “except X criminal” is the moment that people will try to convict their opponents as having committed X crime.
it’s the same thing as what’s going on right now with people equating drag to some sort of child exploitation. “but the children!!” they wail, and people listen because oh, if drag is harming children, then drag MUST be BAD, so we HAVE TO BAN DRAG.
do you understand what i’m saying? you can’t take away the rights of any category of criminal, because suddenly that category will be overflowing with people who totally 100% definitely committed that horrible crime.
Just to look at this from one step further back, let's accept the premise. Let's imagine that there is a type of crime that is 1) horrible evil irredeemable universally-agreed-upon bad, and 2) could somehow be prosecuted with 100% accuracy and 0% bias. Yes, even then, those criminals deserve a right to vote.
Do you they're going to like vote themselves out of jail? Vote to make murder legal? What exactly are you afraid of.
Realistically they'll just... vote just like anyone else. They'll help elect city councilmembers they think will better their hometowns, and presidents they think will best serve the country. They might even vote in their own interests! To reform prisons, fund rehabilitation programs, and outlaw predatory practices by telecoms. Are you saying you don't want any of those things?
And even if there were one of those super-duper-unambiguously-evil totally misanthropic death-row convicts, who's scheduled to be execute the very next day and just wants to sow chaos and watch the outside world burn however they can... what's the worst they could do, vote republican?
Taking people's rights away isn't bad because it might happen to someone you like, it's because taking people's rights away is bad.
do people think that convicted serial killers are going to vote to legalize serial killing

Thank you, Kamen Rider Black villain of the week, for saying what I'm always thinking:
Aw shucks, did you erect those gallows just for me? You didn't need to do that...
