starting again, but softer this time. no pressure, no punishment — just moving my body because i deserve to feel good in it.

monday

30 min moving meditation

30 min booty workout with weights

｡⋆୨starting soft but intentional. reconnecting with my body, then waking it up a little.

tuesday

30 min hiit workout

15 min upper body pilates

｡⋆୨okay… we’re getting serious. a little sweat, a little burn.

wednesday

30 min yoga

｡⋆୨midweek reset. stretching, breathing, slowing down. I also had an exam today, so i wanted to let go all of my stress.

thursday

30 min legs and booty workout

yoga for hips and hamstrings

｡⋆୨this one hurts in a good way. releasing tension, building strength.

friday

30 min cardio x hiit

15 min upper body pilates

｡⋆୨low motivation, high discipline. we show up anyway.

saturday

yoga for good sleep
