Ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight. 1/4 cup water. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 4 cloves roasted garlic. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: The cashews should be drained and rinsed. Cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, roasted garlic, parsley, chives, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be put into a food processor. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Check the seasoning and make changes if needed. To let the flavors blend, put the cream cheese in a container and put it in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Spread it on toast or crackers or use it as a dip for vegetables.
