Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons almond flour. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put almond flour, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix them all together. Put olive oil on top of the salmon fillets. Spread the Parmesan mixture out on top of each salmon fillet so it's covered all over. Put the salmon fillets on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. The salmon should be cooked all the way through after 12 to 15 minutes in the oven. The crust should also be golden brown. Enjoy while hot!
