A comforting and hearty dish featuring layers of thinly sliced potatoes, diced ham, and creamy cheese sauce, cooked slowly to perfection in a crockpot.
Ingredients: 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes. 1 cup diced ham. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Add the milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to a bowl and mix them together. In the slow cooker, put half of the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese on the bottom. Cover the layers with half of the soup mix. Put down more layers, and then pour the rest of the soup mixture on top. Set the timer for 4 hours on high or 7 to 8 hours on low. Cover and cook until the potatoes are soft. If you want, you can add more cheese on top before serving.
