Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Wood chips for smoking.

Let the chicken marinate for at least half an hour by sealing the bag and placing it in the refrigerator. Set your smoker's temperature to 225F 107C and add wood chips to begin smoking. Take the marinated chicken out of the bag and throw away any leftover marinade. Put the chicken onto the rack in the smoker. For about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C, smoke the chicken at 225F 107C, basting it every so often with the marinade that was set aside. After it's done, take the chicken out of the smoker and give it some time to rest before slicing.
