Transform cake pops into a delicious ice cream treat! With their delicious combination of chocolate cake, ice cream, and vibrant candy coatings, these Ice Cream Pop Cake Pops are the ideal addition to any kid's party. These are enjoyable to make and consume in addition to being delicious.
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 cup of chocolate chips. 1 quart of your favorite ice cream flavor of choice. 1 package of candy melts color of choice. Sprinkles and decorations as desired.
Instructions: As directed on the package, bake the chocolate cake and allow it to cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. To the cake crumbs, add milk, vanilla extract, and softened butter. Blend until thoroughly blended. Form tiny portions of the cake mixture into balls the size of a bite by scooping them out. Put them on a baking sheet that has been lined. Make sure the popsicle sticks are firmly inserted into all of the cake balls. For at least an hour, freeze. Allow the ice cream to soften at room temperature so that scooping will be simple. Remove the cake pops from the freezer and fully submerge each one in the liquefied ice cream. After two hours, put them back on the baking sheet and freeze. As directed on the package, melt the candy melts. Coat each frozen ice cream-covered cake pop evenly by dipping it into the melted candy. When the candy is still wet, add decorations and sprinkles. After decorating, return the cake pops to the freezer for an additional hour or so to solidify. At the children's party, serve the ice cream pop cake pops and savor the tasty, whimsical treat!
